The resort was extremely clean and the staff were amazing. Constantly checking in to see if we needed anything and constantly cleaning the resort. Always something to do and the food options were also superb. Something for everyone.

I recently enjoyed during my four-day stay at Sunrise Crystal. From the moment of my arrival, I was struck by the warm and professional manner in which staff welcomed us specialy to Mr. Aly. The check-in process was conducted with efficiency and courtesy, allowing us to feel immediately at home. In particular, I would like to commend Mrs Amira Hisham for her exceptional support and attentiveness throughout our stay. The accommodation provided was nothing short of immaculate. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed to blend comfort with elegance. Housekeeping maintained impeccable standards, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly and to the highest quality. The hotel’s facilities further enhanced my experience. The breakfast offered a delightful array of fresh and delicious options, catering to a variety of tastes. lauch and dinner were amazing Additionally, I must highlight the Turkish restaurant, which comes highly recommended for its authentic cuisine and inviting atmosphere. What truly distinguished Sunrise Crystal, however, was the exceptional level of service provided by every member of your team. Their unwavering attention to detail and genuine hospitality significantly contributed to making my stay not only comfortable but genuinely memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend Sunrise Crystal to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable stay. I would recommend to renovate and to clean carefully the furniture in the reception zone and main restaurant.

We enjoyed service, warm attitude of staff especially our butler Mina and Rafea who took care of our apartment and created every day wonderfull sculptures of the towels. Real talent! Our kids were very happy!

Only the part that I had to leave so soon ! Just came home and I really wish I had booked at least 12 nights instead of 7. Next time I will do better.

Everything was perfect. I truly loved the Posh Club experience! After a stressful year of working I only wanted to enjoy my holidays with as little thinking/planing as possible, and Posh Club is just that…Mina is the sweetest person and he really does all the thinking for you, so that you can enjoy your days there to the fullest. Thank you for everything Mina…I wish I could take you home with me 🙏🏼🙏🏼😂😂. I also would like to thank Shahenda/Mohammet/Mostafa and all the other Posh Club staff that tirelessly brought endless Mojitos/Rose’s/Pina Coladas and snacks/lunch to my Cabana for all these days. You spoiled me badly 🙈😅🥳. Sayd Ahmet was responsible for the room/cleaning during our stay…and he always left us little surprise towel art (so sweet) and fruits and wine for when we came back to our room in the afternoon from the beach. Thank you too Sayd ! I use the internet a lot…and throughout the hotel not even once had I a problem with the connection for all these days. All the a-la-carte restaurants (if you come with Posh Club Mina books then all for you) I enjoyed very much. But the Indian (Manohar) turned out to be my favorite, I had the chance to repeat that one.

The air conditioner in the lobby and main restaurant is really disappointing.

Nice place , excellent food , helping staff , but the main negative point was the air condition specially in the main restaurant and lobby , it was almost out of service which affects the whole stay and experience , also the elevator that was not working during the whole stay (how come) The animation was nice but the show time was very short (30 minutes ) and ends at 9:30 pm. ! To be fair, the hotel did upgrade our room for free, which was a nice gesture, and the food was very good and delicious, with a wide variety. The rooms were clean, neat, and new, and the staff were friendly and helpful..

I had a wonderful experience at Sunrise Crystal Bay. The beach is absolutely stunning – clean, relaxing, and perfect for a peaceful day by the sea. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help with a smile. The food was also excellent, with a great variety and delicious taste every day. A special thanks to Mr. Bahi from the front desk for his constant support and professional assistance throughout my stay. He truly made everything smoother and more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!

The animation team is far below expectations

This hotel is a real paradise, from the very first moment at the reception Ms. Manar at the front desk meets you with a lovely smile and facilitates the check in process and then upgraded my deluxe room to a junior suite overlooking the crystal bay.. stunning suit with an extraordinary view..I am so grateful for you Ms. Manar...you are competent and professional. Food was delicious and the presentation was neat and elegant, food quality is excellent ,many thanks to chef Essam,chef Nashaat , and the genius chef Saeed at Elia restaurant. Many thanks to the two Ebrahims ; the life guards at the main pool and Mohamed fathy the waiter... Actually all the stuff is perfect and everything was in discipline which indicates that the property management is professional .

My experience at Sunrise Crystal Bay Posh Club was truly remarkable. This resort is a beautiful oasis of comfort and relaxation, allowing you to enjoy a delightful getaway from the stresses of everyday life. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and high professionalism. However, what made our stay truly special was our butler, Hagar. She was outstanding and assisted us from the very first moment. Hagar was always available to meet our needs, and it was evident that she cared about the little details that made our stay even more comfortable. She helped us organize various activities and provided valuable recommendations for the best dining options and recreational activities within the resort. Thanks to her efforts, we created beautiful memories and had an amazing time. Overall, I highly recommend visiting Sunrise Crystal Bay Posh Club, especially if you have the good fortune of having Hagar as your butler. The wi-fi signal failed a lot, even in posh club. Small details like the AC making noise, light bulbs flickering and the automatic curtains didn't always work properly.

Hager, Hager, Hager! Hager was our butler. She was just amazing! Always available to help and extremely nice to us. The food overall is very good. The hotel is extremely clean. The water of the beach and pool is warm. Totally recommend!

Only reception served espresso, other areas had machine coffee. We expect good quality espresso to be standard across such a hotel. The glasses at the bar were frequently served unclean, which is a significant hygiene concern and poses potential health risks.

The buffet food was passable, but the à la carte breakfast experience at the hotels was truly great.

The interior of the room would benefit from renovation. Service and restaurants were like 11/10, while the room is like 5/10.

It was issue in wifi But all good
