Every thing was perfect start with the receiption stuff speciallay mr eslam basiouny and mr islam mohamed and mr mohamed mahdy and mr mina was very helpful and kind… the room was very clean and comfortable Th food was very very good and tasty and specially thanks for chef hossam and chef mosaad for listening every comment and was very kindly treat Room service Mr nabil was very helpful with smile face for my child every time … Thnaks for all stuff … Thanks sunrise montemare ..

The location was absolutely stunning, we have never had such a relaxing holiday where the moment you arrived you felt you could just let your guard down and switch off. Apart from the food, beautiful location and weather, the staff was definitely what made this holiday so relaxing. Staff was so kind and they were not just there to get their job done but they genuinely wanted us to have a good time. A big thank you in particular to Mohamed who cleaned our rooms in building 9 and made us feel comfortable, to Mena and Mohamed at reception who always found a way to help us and went above and beyond to accommodate what we were asking. The concierge Mahmud also deserves a special mention for his help with transportation at any time and Haymed who managed the dining room with a huge buffet in way that made a certainly tricky job look very easy and joyful. We can’t forget Kaled and Hamdy for serving the most creative drinks and most relaxing pool! Thanks everyone, we hope we will one day be back!

The hotel is nice, has adequate facilities, is clean, and new. The hotel location is also quite nice. We were very pleased with all the staff except the hotel doctor. Mr. Rheda, the Posh Club employee, was very friendly and helpful, and I'm very pleased with her.

We sought help from the hotel doctor for a mild fever. The young, bearded, average-sized, and inexperienced Arab doctor shamelessly extra charged us $60 for an antipyretic pill. An exorbitant price for a pill we'd bought for $2 at a local pharmacy. If it weren't for our friend Mr. Rheda, the hotel employee, we would have had a huge problem.

The workers from the food and beverage were wonderful and helped me a lot like Mr Ahmad and Mr Osama these are the two person I met Also Mahmoud from the Oasis bar a wonderful person he is professional in making cocktails and he was very polite also the life guard at the adult only pool he is a very good person Most of the people from the food and beverage section are a very nice people and very helpful Thank you all

Our First station was the reception here started our suffering I reached the hotel at 13:30 and the check in at 14:00 like every hotel Mr Mahmoud who came to us and took our passport this person is a big liar he let us wait for more than three hours without giving us the rooms and he left me Many time and talk to another guest without any respect and when I asked him about the room he told me our boss wants to check the rooms before we entered it and this is also one of his lie then he took me to see the two rooms he showed me one but he said I can't show you the second because I don't have the permit to enter also it was a one of his lie when I asked to see the manager of the reception he didn't show up Ms kenzy the assistant in the reception tried all her best to help me she went to the manager of the reception many time but he refused to come to talk to me he send me two person from the food and beverage to solve our problem. About the rooms I reserved a deluxe room with sea view the reception guy ( liar) tried to give us any room not like what I reserved. The tap in the room not working good the water comes from up and down the door of the balcony needs a person with mussels to close it and open it I'm sure old person can't do it . At the restaurant no one come to ask me what you want to drink. The soft drink machine outside of the restaurant so you need five to ten minutes under the sun standing in a line to reach the machine to have your drink. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to have relaxing time because it was full of kids it was like a kindergarten .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the hotel staff provided exceptional service. The water commode was particularly friendly with my son, and we had a wonderful experience with the food, culture, and the kindness of the people. We would certainly like to repeat this experience if we have the opportunity to visit again.

I stayed at Sunrise Montemare last month, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The atmosphere is relaxing and perfect for a vacation. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from every day. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and I really enjoyed trying different dishes throughout my stay. The service was outstanding. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. I want to say a special thank you to Mohammad Mahdy for his exceptional hospitality and kindness. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend Sunrise Montemare to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent food and top-notch service. I liked the high quality service of Mr. Karam at the reception. all staff and workers are great. a la carte restaurants are at a high level of quality. Water slides and rooms are great. animation team are great. beach party is amazing. food at bars are amazing. breakfast is outstanding. dinner is great. shuttle bus available 24 hours from beach to front and back. at night the resort is so romantic. at daylight it is amazing. everything is perfect. There was Ahmad Saad Party for free for guests on 22.8 at TAL Avenue and it was amazing. Thanks a lot.

Large resort, greenwood all around, options are available for every taste, very friendly staff welcoming every ware, hotel management is capable of managing guests expectations and improve the stay experience. Location, food, variety of entertainment, animation team, family friendly atmosphere, snorkeling and diving club all great.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely excellent. The service was outstanding and the staff were always kind and helpful. The food was delicious, with new dishes offered every day. The lifeguards at the pools were very respectful, friendly, and even played with us and the kids. There were plenty of lifeguards around the pools and the water slides, which made everything feel very safe. The hotel has a very high level of safety, so the chance of losing something is almost impossible. Cleanliness was perfect, and everything was well maintained. Overall, this is truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Highly recommended!

I was extremely nervous before arriving in Egypt. But this hotel and Posh Club completely overturned my prejudices. I had a 5-night, 6-day vacation. It was the best hotel experience of my life. As a chef living and working in Istanbul, experiencing this service was impeccable. Posh Club Managers Mr.Belal , Ms. Katia , waiter Ahmed and Chef Mohammed, Abdu Bartender from the adult pool, and Chef Mosad from the Italian restaurant. Diving team, massage team, Valid from housekeeping team. And of course, our lovely brother REDA!who took care of us every moment of our holiday and solved every problem. I extend my sincere gratitude to all of them. I want to inform you that this holiday was unforgettable and that I will be staying at your hotel again next year as a Posh Club member. A good team, attention to detail and a perfect holiday. I thank Posh Club for making me feel special and for an experience I will never forget and will choose Posh Club again for an unforgettable experience.

On the positive side, the reception team was very helpful, especially Mr. Mina, and Ms. Doaa from public relations was extremely attentive. At the aqua park, Mr. Omar and Mr. Mohamed were the main support in the aqua area and did an excellent job, and all the lifeguards were very helpful with the kids. Mr. Haitham at the restaurant was also supportive. The aqua park itself was great for families.

The restaurant was messy with long waits, soda machines were all out of order, and there seemed to be a lack of staff. The water was not cold most of the time, and the reception elevator from level 0 was often out of service. The bathroom door also made a terrible noise that disturbed the kids. Room service was average and needed follow-up most of the time. Overall, not the best value for the price paid.
