Food need more variety while food quality is good, taste is ok but can be improved. Not enough entertainment or animation

The location near Cairo, the pool and beach were good and clean. Good internet and rooms are quite good and clean.

The beach was too far away. The bathroom door and shower booth door were squeaky. Drainage was not good. Sofa cushions were stained and looked dirty. Loud music after 10 pm was too much to bear.

The swimming pool and lagoon were so fun. The private beach was also very nice but far. Staff were kind and helpful, especially Ms. Noor and the lifeguards at the pool. The food at the dinner buffet was good. Check-out was until 12:30, which was amazing for my kids.

The food was good but didn’t have much variety.

We had a wonderful stay at Tanoak Hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially Mayar from the PR team, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and enjoyable for us. The kids’ party was a highlight — full of fun activities and very well organized. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a nice family-friendly atmosphere. Facilities were good and everything was well maintained. The food didn’t have a wide variety, but it was tasty and of good quality. Overall, we felt it was great value for money and the location was convenient. We would happily return and recommend Tanoak Hotel to families looking for a pleasant stay.

Location is amazing Nour welcomed my daughters and treated them very nice. She is the best. It is the 3rd year celebrating thier birthday with Tanoak ; hotel give a nice celebration cake. Food is very good with variety.

The dinner food was not very fresh. Breakfast was good.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and has good entertainment at the weekend. The location is very convenient for a staycation and a short getaway from the city.

We had some other family members with us in a different room theirs was clean ours wasn't properly cleaned, and when we asked for it to be cleaned they didn't do the whole room properly, may be it's 1 time incident

The animation team and activities need to be improved - The price is somehow high compared to the hotel services and facilities - The dinner buffet can be improved to provide more varieties
