EgyptThe aqua pool need a maintenance. The breakfast no variety. Dinner is good. Electronic games need to extend in timing it close almost 10 pm.
The stuff at hotel is perfect and very collaborative and always try to help us. All of them is really helpful and good Amorsy , rasha , yasser , moh’d billal , mosaad, and many others stuff. Except the guy who responsible for electronic kids area is very rude and he’s not professional at all to deal with gust.

United Arab EmiratesOnly one pool for adults, was not enough for all the hotel guests. The hotel facilities were limited. The behavior of many Egyptian guests was extremely disappointing — acting inappropriately at the buffet, taking excessive amounts of food, wasting large portions, and even taking food away. It felt like some of them were experiencing a hotel stay or open buffet for the first time, with no regard for other guests or hotel etiquette.
The staff were polite, respectful, and tried their best to provide good service. Housekeeping staff 3amroosy was good and polite Restaurant staff yasser and his team was doing their best Check-in was smooth and the basic needs were met during my stay. Also staff mohamed and maged from the reception was helpful. The Aqua Park was good also

The place was great — especially the Aqua Park and Dino Park, which the kids really enjoyed! We stayed on half board (breakfast and dinner) — the food was good and it made the stay much easier. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Amrosy, who went above and beyond for us.

EgyptThe main swimming pool is not heated, the pool bar area is very poor in materials and things are too old needed to be renovated. The aqua area needs renovation in a lot of places, furniture in the room is so poor and old, room bathroom needs total renovation
The food selection and quality was pretty good, staff was so friendly and they provide a very good effort from their side to please the guest. I really see a very promising opportunity for that hotel to be one of the best hotels in the area if the owners took care of renovation process in some of the hotel facilities.
