I wish I had booked a private room as I am very tall, also disabled and it was difficult sharing. I had so much stuff, it was a little chaotic trying to navigate my stuff, especially when the dorm was full.

The sunset & sunrise was stunning as it was really high up. Ella & Mohammed & Farouk were lovely people. The Matress was very comfortable. The location was perfect, I met some really lovely solo travellers.

I had a great experience at the hostel! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs. The terrace was a fantastic spot to relax, providing a lovely atmosphere. Plus, the value for money is excellent. I recommend this hostel.

They don’t wash the blankets, I had even a dirty pillow case, they changed after I asked but the blankets were not smelling good though. There is no electricity socket near the bed so it was uncomfortable when I need to charge my devices. I cannot say it was super clean but seems they were putting effort and honesty the guests in my room were not clean more than it was the hostel’s problem.

The location is just of Sheraton street. Food,shopping, Uber and Metro Market right infront. Beach & GoBus 10min.Beautiful rooftop view. Super friendly staff Mustafa is a gem. They also don't push any tours on you. Extended my stay.

I had a good stay at the White Roof Hostel. The comon Areas invite to talk to different people and to make new Friends. Also the Location is near to everything u would need.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They allowed me to check in a bit earlier, so I could rest a bit from the long trip. The location was great (very close to the beach) and the atmosphere was cozy & view from the rooftops awesome!

The hostel is located very central in the city with a far Seaview from the rooftop.

The staff were so friendly and chill. The location is great and definitely recommended and the beds were super comfy. Really lovely rooftop view over the water from the top of the hostel.

Sometimes Wifi doesn’t work well

There is a wonderful view from the terrace. The room, bathroom and kitchen are clean. The hostel owner Faruk and staff Mustafa is extremely helpful and respectful. You can prepare your own breakfast, meal, tea and coffee in the shared kitchen. Also you can arrange snorkeling tour for Orange bay from Hostel with fair and good price. Thank you very much for your hospitality. If I come to Hurghada again, I know where I will stay.

hard to locate since there were no signs outside of the building, just finished as a hostel so still pretty much debris and trash around. Not finally cleaned. Also the beds are made in wood and not really sturdy and very creaky.

Central part of town, friendly staff, on a rooftop so pretty good views and a chill out place on the top. Friendly staff. Very good price!

Missing cutlery and saucepans but I understand because they are at the beginning of business, opened only since 2 months. They will go on well, I guess.

The location, the top-roof to enjoy wonderful sunrises and do gym. Close to all beaches with the best sea of Hurgada, the south area of the town.They offer 3 private bedrooms and 3 dorms, Every room with its own private bath and fridge. Brand new confortable matrasses, excelent quality of sheets and blankets, indeed. Liquid soap in all bathroom is provided. Common kitchen for guests

Hard to find the place - a sign would be handy! Need a shelf on the walls to charge phones People on the terrace at night can be heard in the male dorm - if tapping their foot. Minimal kitchen - no knives Shower leaked into the bedroom No lockers to keep stuff safe and room door doesn't close all the way

Pillow to hard, fridge not working, no blanket cover, was ok when I stayed as brand new, but how often are these huge heavy blankets washed? Don't want to know that really, Get proper covers boys! Awkward step into the bathroom, easy to stumble, impractical curtains, five floors up, need use lift, but first time they have to meet you outside, as need a digital thingy,

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel. The location is perfect – right in the city center, close to all services and just a short walk to the sea. The rooms are clean, the atmosphere is cozy, and the prices are reasonable. I would like to give special thanks to the staff members Salem, Mostafa, and Esraa for their warm hospitality and kind support. They really made me feel at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a budget-friendly and comfortable stay.

I'm writing this review with genuine disappointment. I had high hopes for this hostel based on its location and what I'd seen online, but my experience was an absolute letdown from start to finish. The "management" here seems to be a single, uninterested individual who is either never around or, when they are, acts like you're an inconvenience. They have zero interest in helping guests and seem to view any request as an annoyance. Communication is non-existent; basic questions about things like check-out or local transport are met with shrugs or mumbled, unhelpful answers. It's a miracle the place even runs. Beyond the indifferent ownership, the hostel itself is a mess. My dorm room felt like a storage unit that had been half-heartedly cleared out. The "cleanliness" was a joke—dust on every surface, questionable stains on the mattress, and a bathroom that seemed to have been forgotten about for weeks. The Wi-Fi was so weak it was unusable, which is a major problem for any traveler. This isn't just about a few minor issues; it's about a complete lack of care and respect for guests. The owners' mismanagement has created an environment that feels neglected
