No wifi, no keys for the main entrance, 300 € deposit, no things to clean, no sugar, no salt...

Although the apartment is in a perfect location, just two minutes walking from playa de los Gigantes, we do not recommend at all to stay at this facility. There are so many problems within the apartment. 1. There is no WIFI, and yes in the Booking page is not mentioned whether there is or there is not the WIFi, but nowadays we use to take for granted that a touristic facility is connected to a WIFI router. We do recommend the property to be clear about this. 2. The apartment comes with NOTHING. No soaps for showers or for the kitchen, no cloths, no sponges, no coffee, no sugar, nothing at all. So, this could be ok if you plan to stay there for a month, but it is completely nut if you go there for 3 or 4 days. So, don’t go THERE! 3. There is this crazy policy, and you won’t find it mentioned in the Booking page, that the property asks for a 300 euros deposit at the check it. So, don’t go THERE. (It is like the property deals the facility as a long term rent, but this policy really doesn’t work at all for short term staying). 4. Although the deposit is meant to fix things broken during your staying, you will find out that there are a lot of things that doesn’t work in the apt (eg.: the water closet in one of the bathrooms, the iron, the bottle opener…) 5. The property didn’t give us the key to the external gate, so we were forced to follow a crazy path through the underground garage to reach the apartment. The only good thing was that the apt was clean and tidy and the lady who checked us in was very kind (she is not the owner…).

    Michela, the chek-in woman.
