Arrival by car is difficult as it is impossible to stop in front of the hotel due to a bike lane and there is little local parking.

The property is good located, near to public transport. The apartment was enough big, had all needed for comfortable stay. There are a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood. There is also a restaurant in the apartment house, where the guests can have a breakfast. Also there are supermarkets near, also bakeries. It was clean, the staff was very supportive.

The room is not sound proof, you can hear your neighbours talking and walking. But definitely not a dealbreaker.

Very clean, big room. Location is great, right next to the city of art and science. Breakfast is very good! We also had dinner once in the restaurant and it was tasty as well. Staff were great, they prepared take-away breakfast for our early flight even!

Staying in the hotel has indeed exceeded my expectations. Well-equipped room with all the amenities you may need for a pleasant stay in Valencia. Bus stops close to the facility. It is a great place to stay with kids, as you have a kitchen with everything you need for cooking. And also – tasty breakfast from the hotel (in the Elbar)! Recommend to book this option. The hotel is located near to the City of Arts & Sciences, Oceanografic, and a big shopping center. So it's a good option to visit Valencia and explore the city. Very hospitable and kind staff. The apartment was very nice and clean. The kitchen had all the equipment needed to cook and eat. We loved the location with the bus stop across the street although we mostly used their rental bikes to move around hence the Ciudad de Las Arts was just around the corner. We would definetely come back and recommend!

This hotel was great value for money, it's an Aparthotel but with a 24 hour reception desk, with staff that are always willing to do whatever they can to help and very friendly. The room is very large and has all of the amenities that you could want. It is in an excellent location, next to Oceagraphica, science museum, and the hop-on tour bus stops nearby and it's not far from the old town too, so easy to get to see everything. There is a restaurant onsite that we didn't use but looked great.

It took a while to get a warm water in a shower. Aside from that, we had a perfect stay!

Very good location for sure! Just 5 minutes walk to the "Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias". There are several supermarkets and small restaurants nearby. Also, parks nearby are great for running.
