While the room was spotless, there was a lingering smell from the previous occupant, which was noticeable upon entering. Which made me less excited when entering. Thankfully, having a balcony made it easy to solve that problem. A simple solution like a room freshener would work wonders in such cases.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic, the staff was friendly, and my room had a lovely balcony. It was super clean and conveniently located in Barcelona (close to many areas). A big shoutout to Tina, the receptionist, who was incredibly helpful and always greeting us with her smile. People like her truly make a difference in the overall experience.

The air con was not on due to lots of people complaining they were cold! However reception was very helpful and provided us with a fan which did help.

El Raval is not the safest neighborhood but all in all it's one of the best places to stay due to location.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Close to metro and a just a short walk to the Ramblas and Mercado de La Boqueria. Open 24 hours which always great! Very nice for a 2 star hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights, depending on the street life it can be quite noizy. Although it is highlighted and ear plugs are offered, still slightly irritating. Nevertheless, we walked a lot every day so we fall asleep quite easily. (The problem comes when you wake up during the night)

Orientation of the acccomodation is very good. The main areas in the centre can be easily accessable either by foot or public transport.

the only negative i can think of is that the walls are quite thin and so you can hear people talking next to your room and in the cooridoors and also doors opening and closing but it doesn’t disrupt your sleep , there was a small buffet to choose from for breakfast but it was good for what we needed ,however if you like a big breakfast this may not be for you

The only inconvenience and problem is related to the BOOKING.COM service, because after making the reservation and paying with VISA card, a day after the reservation I received information that there was a problem with making the payment - SMS on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at 03:36 and 13:03 with the information that " Your card has been declined (...)" Unfortunately, another person who traveled with me received the same information from BOOKING.COM - he paid with an American VISA card and I paid with a Polish VISA card - so the problem was definitely on the booking side. The positive information is that after arriving at the hotel, a nice gentleman from the staff informed us that our reservations are currently in place and waiting for us, so in the end I rate the hotel service very positively, but unfortunately I evaluate the BOOKING.COM platform negatively.

Nice service, OK breakfast, an extra room to leave your suitcase after logging out of the hotel (cost 2 EUR) - this was also a good solution. The room on the 6th floor (but the hotel had an elevator) was small, with a window to the inside - no view of the city, but very clean, had a large bed and all the necessary accessories for brushing teeth and shaving. I recommend this small hotel for the future.

Great location for my son and I. The Raval has real life happening all day long though may not suit those looking for absolute peace and tranquility. Good for younger guests looking for authentic Barcelona with bars and authenticity.

There was noise from the streets at night time and if you are a light sleeper this may bother you. Also the rooms were not sound proof, could hear the elevator during the night and other guests in the hallway, sink and toilet flushing in neighbouring rooms.

The hotel was very clean and in a good location with most attractions and sights in walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful with any requests or queries we had.
