There was no iron and iron board available. The rooms and furniture is quite old however I could see that they do their best to keep it fit.
The typical motel on the highway, very convenient for the travelers who had a long road.

I asked for a double bed and got 2 singles stuck together.....but the staff were very good at making it more comfortable for us.
Breakfast was perfectly fine. Tostadas were lovely. Plenty of parking.

The only thing we found was that the Hotel had nothing around it so you had to eat and drink there and we got a bit bored but on saying that it did sit just off the motorway which made it very handy for forward travel which was our priority.
This was a stop over before travelling on to Seville. The room was good value for money and the staff were excellent and very friendly.

The pillows. They only had one very flimsy pillow per bed. Very old and used. Not a comfortable night though it was a good mattress.
The hotel was quite clean, albiet being dated. The bedroom was quite large. Staff very helpful and professional.

Nothing really. The hotel was totally fit for purpose.
The hotel is very fit for purpose. It has everything you need for a short stay. It is a travel hotel, so there was no expectation of extreme comfort or excessive facilities. For a 2 night stay, it was excellent and the staff were very friendly and most spoke some English - even though I didn't expect that.

although check in was at 14:00 we couldn‘t check in until 17:40, because „the room was not ready“. AC wasn’t working at all, rooms are in an old, very outdated condition.

Address said km192 on the A92. The location is actually a service station area at km 189. If I had followed their instructions I would have missed the hotel. Having stayed at El Mirador, Loja, part of the same hotel group, for only €5 more, the week before I expected a moderate hotel. I can only describe it as adequate. Aircon not working. Restaurant indicated on the website was not open - dinner was in the service station café! Beds creaky. Walls thin - could hear next door's TV till 12.30 am when they turned it down (not off). No TV remote in room had to collect from Reception. No wifi info on the check in card or in the room, so another call to reception. Small balcony covered in bird droppings from the 3 swallow nests in the corner. Balcony in any case only had room for one chair !!
