The room was quite small but typical in an older hotel.

The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful. We were given an excellent recommendation for dinner, Buscando del Norte, and the food was excellent. It was a short walk from the hotel.

It was not very clean. The shower and hotel room was filled with other people’s hair and the shower screen covered in soap scum.

Stayed for one night after flying into Palma late at night and had a hire car before driving to the other side of the island the next day. It was a good location to easily drive into Palma and we had a short walk into Palma in the morning to look around. The hotel is cheap and cheerful. A comfortable place to lay your head.

It was basic but very clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent- helped with great recommendations for places to eat, luggage storage etc. great value for money (ask for room with a balcony, same price) and great location.

Perfect for a quick stopover. We arrived really late and the check-in was super friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was just a short walk away from an Airport bus stop.

It would be nice to have a small table and a kettle in the room.

The location is great, close to the city center and easily accessible from the airport by public transport. The room was simple but with comfortable beds and spacious enough so that a small table wouldn't hurt. The bathroom was minimalistic but kept clean. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. I take only coffee for breakfast - the coffee was good.

For a 3 star hotel there was little not to like. The decor is a little tired but fine. I booked online. Twice, as I was about to pay a lower room rates than I eventually paid, a message appeared - someone had just booked the last room at that rate. I wondered if this was genuine?

Perfectly adequate accommodation in a very good location for walking around Palma and as a base for exploring the island by hire car and train. Great to have a guaranteed paid parking spot close by Staff were exemplary.

Sound insulation between the rooms wasn't great.

Too little space in the room. In bathroom the shower keeps on dripping from even if I you are using hand shower. Heater/cooler takes too much time and noisy.

The room wall and the door are not fully sound-proof. Sound coming from neighboring rooms and the corridor is quite clear.

The hotel is ten minutes away from the Intermodal station on foot and is surrounded by various types of shops and restaurants.
