Room was very good, comfortable bed, excellent bathroom. Pretty quiet, plus balcony spacious. Good selection of buffet breakfast. Nice bar area, pool & beds. Will definitely book the hotel again. Waiting staff are extremely helpful & friendly.

My room (522) was a single room and although it was acceptable and clean, the bathroom was very outdated - other people in the group I was travelling with had lovely, new walk in, rainfall showers whereas I had an older bath with a small handheld shower (although I will add that the water pressure was good and water was hot). If I was to stay again (which I would, very happily!) I would request a different room.

Staff are incredibly friendly, smiling and helpful and are key to the success of this hotel I feel. Excellent cocktails and food from the bar by pool very good. Breakfast has good range. Location good as walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars, but far away enough to be peaceful in the evening. Plenty of sunbeds during Oct - not sure about in season. Facilities clean throughout the hotel. This is the second time my friends have stayed and my first. We will all be back next year!

Well, what can I say but amazing.. The apartment was luxurious and cleaned daily. Great choice of breakfast. I went on a last-minute break to see family, I could have just stayed at the hotel all the time :) The bathroom was fab , jacuzzi bath enjoyed it all very much. Booking in for next year to stay longer.

The customer service wasnt the best ive had, usually they smile more and tell about the area or services. Now we didnt get any info about the services provided. also it is a bit pricy. Overall it is worth the money though.

Hotel Abrat was fabulous for our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful with any questions you had, location was perfect. When I next return to Ibiza , I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Our room looked onto a major construction site, not the green hills we hoped for. The coffee was poor. The gate from the gardens to the beach is permanently locked. A room key lock would be a huge asset.

We loved the location. Theres a lot to explore along the coast if you like walking and it's only 10 mins to the marina area. The gardens and pool area are spacious and relaxing. The breakfast was generally good quality. Loads of fruit, nice bread and great bacon.

Great basic hotel - location perfect for San Antonio, food, bars, music and Mambos. Amazing pool and gardens. Even more amazing rooftop bar - best spot for Ibiza sunset. Great and extensive breakfast. Super friendly staff

For family room was little small.

It is a very good hotel , money worth, behind the hotel there is a very good sea side path for walk and good place to see sunset... The sunset view is very awesome. We like this place. * good staff, * lots of verity in breakfast, no matter if you are vegetarian or non vegetarian, for both they have lot of options * and service wise, they have all type information if you come first time and you have no idea where we should go... so they will help you to give information about roaming.
