Free espresso Coffee & water replaced daily. Powerful shower. Quality toiletries. Pool on roof with towels supplied. Impressive port & sea views from the room. Regular bus services to the beach. Very good hotel.

Apart from the entrance and communal areas the decor was fairly tired. After visiting the beach on the 2nd day we had nowhere to hang towels in our room. There wasn’t anything much that wasn’t down to personal preference, such as we’d have liked coffee cups instead of espresso cups in the room, but like I say, that’s just personal preference.

It was conveniently located close to the GC1 and had parking on site. Having struggled with driving in the area before it was a relief that we didn’t have to find street parking. We also liked that it wasn’t in a heavily touristy location. We were able to walk to the old town from the hotel, which was our main focus. The roof space and pool was nice. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

The walls are a little thin, the sounds of people talking in the neighbouring rooms and hallways carries into the room. From outside you can hear road traffic, cars honking, sirens and there's a children's playground so no chance of a lie in.

Fast WiFi, even with a vpn I could backup my holiday photos quickly. Friendly staff very helpful and lovely to interact with. A great location within walking distance to parks, beaches, old town and the main bus station. The room was comfortable and clean.

Hotel was great we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that could make it better would be a paint refresh in the room and replace the chair which was a tad worn. Also a couple of chairs to sit out on the balcony would be a bonus.

Location of the hotel was great. Short walk to tge main shopping centre where there were also lots of places to eat on the side streets. A bit further away was the old town where we got authentic canarian coffee and great food.

Our booked double room was a little worn out and business hotel-like. (but we were upgraded for free to a better room) Although the sea view was gorgeous, the motorway passing in front of the hotel was not nice to look at.

Internet wasn't working very well in our room on floor 6, to tolerate it we were upgraded to a junior suite on floor 7, which was very spacious, clean and comfortable with a speedy internet connection. The staff was very helpful and lovely. It was slightly cold, but again we were provided a heater.

Room looked a bit worn out here and there, so renovation is recommended. I wonder if this has something to do with the climate or just normal wear and tear. Also, I would add more fresh veggies/greens for breakfast (cucumber slices, paprika).

Location was OK for us as we don't mind walking - 15-25 minutes to historical sights, 25 min to Parque Romano (playground there), 1h walk to Elder Museum of Science and Technology. We had half board. Breakfast was very good: several types of local cheeses, ham, eggs, selection of bread, croissants, sweet cakes, yoghurts, cereals, jams, juices. Dinner: we overate - very delicious. A lot to choose from. Starter (papas arrugadas, fantastic cheese board) + main course (fish, ham croquettes) + dessert (cakes). Cool swimming pool on the top floor. We did not use it as water was too cold. Great personnel! Cleaners, waiters, reception - everyone is very nice, friendly and helpful.

The staff barely spoke English and the bar was horrible! Bartender didn’t know how to make cocktails and they would make you wait 20 minutes to order a drink

We stayed for 7 nights half-board. The menu can be a little repetitive. The decor is very grey, could be to do with the owner wants a cooling effect for a hot summer day. But for us travelling from a cold country seeking winter sun, the wife says the whole colour scheme feels a bit clinical. Also, it would be good if the hotel can provide detail bus-service time table, which will be beneficial to foreign travelers.

Conveniently located 5 minutes pleasant walk to the old town centre, bus station near by takes you directly to the popular beaches. The place is very clean, passed all the wife's checks/tests. All staff are friendly, helpful, and cheerful, which really lifts up your mood.

I few minor things I didn’t like: cleaners are really loud, it’s practically impossible to sleep after 9, but I understand that and I’m not going to lower my rating because of that. There could be more cleaning wipes and water in the gym. The hotel can’t regulate this, but guests are usually laying and sunbathing next to the pool and no one is using the pool. After a swim when I wanted to relax there was no way, because they are taking space.

Expensive, long walk to closest town / attractions

The staff members were very helpful and friendly, yet professional. The room and the bathroom were both good size, and the location was quite good, too as it was a 15-minute walk to the old town.
