I booked a room for 3 persons and mentionned that The third is a young 17 years old, my son, Arriving at the hotel they charged me more without making any effort to write to me before. Checked in around midnight, The window of our room was totally open with a freezing temperature. We were all sick. The breakfast is so cheap, asked for eggs, said that the kitchen is closed.

The shower metal ground. No kettle in the room. Very limited non gluten free breakfast options as well as no hot food (eggs, meats, etc).

Very friendly staff. Big room and big comfortable bed, free car parking. Glassy transparent shower in the middle of the room (good for couples, but might be a for non couples as there is no privacy)

Poor accessibility by foot to companies in the same location - you have to ask for a taxi to go to companies literally 200m away because of lack of pedestrian passes. A bath tub in the rooms would be a peasant plus

Staff very friendly, facilities very modern, very clean

Breakfast was fair but no more. I have had a lot better even in *** hotels. Not for pleasure. there is practically nothing around. apart from the hotel's resaurant there are only KFC, McDonalsd's, etc.

The room is quite big and comfortable.

Restuarant not open for lunch and dinner on the weekend. But if you’re out and about doesnt really matter.

Nice big comfortable bed, love the idea of having the shower in the middle of the room. Nice hotel to stay at with your partner.

A little expensive considering other hotels nearby. The shower in the middle of the room although is a very modern idea is not very practicle.

Excelente hotel, very modern decoration and very professional staff.

Reception The main lady was very rude, unhelpful and never apologised for any problems we encountered that were caused by the hotel. Location - I'm not sure why this hotel was suggested for a visit to Madrid as the location is awful.  You couldn't pick a further hotel if you tried.  I would not recommend staying here if you're visiting Madrid. The hotel is 10 minutes from the station but then an hour away from central Madrid by train.  There is supposed to be a bus that runs near the hotel but I never saw it. Rooms - very clean and pleasant. Bathroom design is strange as the shower is a part of the room but the room itself was nice for the price. Food - I didn't eat at the hotel and there are limited options nearby; McDonalds, KFC and Lidl - that's it.

Breakfast was basic and not good value. There is a new Ikea 15 minutes by car or if you prefer fast food, a McDonalds and KFC 5 minutes walk

The room was clean and comfortable. Once we became familiar with the shower location, it was excellent to use.

Breakfast was a bit bland - as a vegan, there wasn't much to eat but then, I didn't inform them so mea culpa

Comfortable bed and nice and quiet, meaning I slept very well, shower in the middle of the room a strange design!

Modern, stylish. Great food (especially the Iberian pork), polite staff. Special mention to the young gentleman who - single handed - ran the bar and restaurant.

Shower water oddly alternates between ice cold and scalding heat. This has been the case both of my recent visits to the hotel. A shame since they are really nice showers otherwise (three different heads to choose from, very good water pressure) Location is kind of the middle of nowhere.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Changed my reservation in short notice with no extra charge.

location is not easy to reach if not by car, its on the side of a roundabout...walking from station is only a few minutes but on the side of the dangerous zone.

staff is very friendly and helpfull, the rooms are nice and modern although the decoration seems to be done for men...all brown glass and gray and black leather..the shower in the middle of the room leaves no space for modesty... For women the mirron on top of the sink is also brownish so be carefull with make up or you look like a clown...:)

Bar was closed at 11pm and there were no other facilities for any beverages and given the location there was nothing nearby. Seems to be in a bit of a black hole as three taxi drivers did not know where it was.

Room was fantastic and the shower was an interesting centre piece :0) Friendly staff and spoke fluent english.

In the bathroom the light goes on and off automatically. I had a defective sensor that would make the light stay on all night or turn it on and off constantly, waking me up. The breakfast also has no eggs and the jams are all of low quality.

The AC and the shower are very nice. The rooms are quite comfortable as well. There is a small fitness room, with thread mills.
