We had the Garonna suite, pour layout of the space... couch facing the bathroom door. Not much room to go around the bed because of the desk and chair with the TV. Rather noisy room, from the main street below and occasional noise from the rooms on either side and above. Over all, not worth taking the jacuzzi room when a much better amenity is available in the basement, save the money on the room go to the spa! Could have used a kettel and mugs to make tea in the room...

The SPA in the basement was great, we used it on a sunny sunday (everyone else was out skiing), 5 people totally in the space, no kids below 15 allowed (great for some probably a problem for families). See their website for photos and ammenietties, massage was ok. Hotel wise, very hot rooms, first thing we did was turn off the heat (25C!!!), didn't need it all weekend (in late march with snow conditions). Big bathroom, missing a standing shower, only jacuzzi tub (very loud and not very big for two people). Very clean.

Upon arrival, I have been told to park outside the hotel recint as there is no indoor parking (however discovered there was an underground carpark beneath the building??) and the miserable reserved 10 hotel parking lots was fully occupied... 12pm after a long trip, cold and parked almost half a mile away across the river is not very pleasant having to move all the skiing equipment. For a four star hotel, It is not acceptable that the swimming pool is not available for client without charging a 25 euros fee...the explanationgiven by the staff was basically: this is the hotel policy... And the worse part is that they put the pool picture on the profile which is clearly misleading! The single room size is way too small. No shower robe is not offered, No flipflops and no typical accesories for the standard you would expect from a 4 star an not even a boiler to brew a coffee...there was no space for the luggage either without blocking on of the isles. In my opinion (Im a multinational comercial manager and travel 6 months a year all over the world) For the proper 4 star hotel price paid, the hotel is clearly not up to the level. If you wanted a overpriced 2-3 star hotel then go nowhere, this is your place. If you sort something better, shop around, many more options available around. The most disappointing 4 star hotel in a long time...

The breakfast is nice, heating works great.

    - The Hotel stank of Chlorine - It is a Spa Hotel, but everyone has to pay 25 euros to enter, regardless of if you are a resident - There was never any parking on site - The restaurant staff were very rude - At Check-Out there were no niceties or questions relating to our stay, just a bill - The cleaners hardly cleaned the room - The Room was small and very hot, even when we turned down the heating because the heat in the corridors was permanently on, the room became sweltering

The location of the hotel was good and one of the members of staff of the front desk was kind

Unfortunately I got a twin room rather than a double and was told there were no other rooms. I was very disappointed. I would have uses the spa but didn't as it was on cctv for the whole hotel. Again very disappointing. This was meant to be a special celebration stay and it's a real shame these 2 things marred our stay.

The evening meal was excellent and fantastic value for money. Very impressed!

The staff never even said hello. At check out it was two words- 'room number?' No good morning no how was your stay.. they never said hello on entering reception. The rooms were so small there was just enough room to walk around the bed. The reception area had depressing bulky decor suitable for a two star hotel, the fire was never lit and the bar never staffed. The whole place looked unchanged since the 1990's

The spa was the only nice thing. If you don't want to use it don't bother with the hotel. It would be a 2 or 3 star

The personal was not friendly. We had the feeling that they didn't like us. The Spa (Nuku) was the most worst experience (connected the the hotel at floor -1). After 1 1/2 hour we wanted back to our hotel room (floor 1) for 10 minutes to take some medicines and clothes and it was not allowed. You have to pay another EUR 50,- for entrance was what the reception woman told us.

The balcony in the hotel room was great. Also hygiene and facilities were ok.

The stuff is not very helpful. The hotel looks old and it needs renovation. There's no the hotel parking. The Spa is not included in the price and the access to the spa is not allowed to the children. We had the room with the view on the building. A lot of noise comes from that building during the night, because people make the barbecue.I am totally disappointed with the hotel.

The hotel is near the center. Breakfast is very good.

THE ROOM WAS HORRIBLE. So small you can't believe it. The bed was so small that my feed were hanging out. The matress was so old and uncomfortable the I couldn't sleep at all. No to speak about the awful pillow. All and all a very bad experience.

    The spa is very good

Room was small and not great standard, although acceptable Somewhat overpriced, although it was a holiday period so a bit inevitable

Staff was very nice Good and spacious bathroom Location within the Val D'Aran is great as you have easy access everywhere, although this is on the road at the end of town

Bed a bit uncomfortable Noisy aircon (even when turned off!)

Not sure about the 4 star rating here! The rooms are OK but nothing spectacular and we found the bed a little uncomfortable. Our Aircon unit made strange noises in the night (but in fairness, I didn't raise this with the hotel staff) The location is good for central Viehla and if you get a good price, then go for it, parking just outside the hotel and a nice enough view from the room

Asked for a double bed, were given a twin. But otherwise bed was comfortable.

Over all rooms were clean and well furbished, had a beautiful view over the river and mountains, there was satellite TV with options of multiple languages. The SPA facilities were very nice and relaxing and available at very short notice for a double massage.
