We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe shower fittings were a bit awkward, but this wasn't a big deal. All the positives outweighed any imperfections.
This was my second stay here within 5 days as I spent the rest of the holiday in Cordoba. This a friendly family-run business. The hosts Eric, Belen and their son were all polite and helpful, and kindly provided free fruit, water and even a can of beer. They also allowed me to store my luggage for a few hours, as I had a late afternoon flight. Facilities are perfect for the traveller, like myself, who's more interested in getting out and experiencing the city. Great value and a perfect location right in the city centre. Next time I come to Madrid I know where to go to.

GreeceLocation was excellent, on a busy shopping street near everything - keep in mind that the street is pedestrian, so a car can take you close to it but not exactly there. Room was spacious and clean. The staff left on the hall fruit and water bottles free of charge, which was fantastic for a quick bite in the morning and late in the evening. The staff were all super polite and even those who didn't speak English at all were very eager to help us.

SloveniaI could hear literally everything from the neighboring rooms, even snoring 😅. The room had a window, but there was not a lot of natural light. I appreciated the mini fridge, but it was so so loud that I plugged it out the 2nd night to be able to sleep.
The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. I also had a sink and a shower, which is a bit funny, but extremely useful (the toilet was shared - actually, a whole bathroom is at your disposal. Spotless!) I enjoyed the complimentary water and fruit, what a nice touch. The staff was lovely, someone is there 24/7 and I was able to leave my luggage there for a while. The location is amazing!

Juanjo checked us in and was great. It was nice to be greeted with cold water, fresh fruit and even a cold beer in the fridge. Location on the pedestrian Lane was easy to find and Central to many things in the neighborhood. Having your refrigerator in the room was very nice and unexpected as well. Having 24-hour reception and attendance at the pension was very nice and provides a strong sense of security.
