The shower fittings were a bit awkward, but this wasn't a big deal. All the positives outweighed any imperfections.

This was my second stay here within 5 days as I spent the rest of the holiday in Cordoba. This a friendly family-run business. The hosts Eric, Belen and their son were all polite and helpful, and kindly provided free fruit, water and even a can of beer. They also allowed me to store my luggage for a few hours, as I had a late afternoon flight. Facilities are perfect for the traveller, like myself, who's more interested in getting out and experiencing the city. Great value and a perfect location right in the city centre. Next time I come to Madrid I know where to go to.

The shower doors weren't very secure, and I had to adjust them when using the shower. I think this issue may be down to previous visitors. This didn't marr my stay.

Location was excellent, on a busy shopping street near everything - keep in mind that the street is pedestrian, so a car can take you close to it but not exactly there. Room was spacious and clean. The staff left on the hall fruit and water bottles free of charge, which was fantastic for a quick bite in the morning and late in the evening. The staff were all super polite and even those who didn't speak English at all were very eager to help us.

Location, free snacks and water in lobby and inside room, wonderful and helpful staff, they even helped us make reservation at a restaurant, left our luggage before check in, was luckily able to check in early. It is well worth the price.

Nothing really, I didn’t have the highest expectations because of the price but it was really nice. Maybe the ONLY thing would be that there is not much noise isolation from the corridor, so keep that in mind if you like to go early to bed :)

The apartment was perfect and the location excellent, right on Gran Vía. The staff were amazing, especially Feliz who welcomed us with great kindness. We even found a welcome note, cookies and fresh water on arrival. Excellent services, including free water from the shared fridge anytime – better than some 5-star hotels! There is no complaint I can say because I did like everything.

The staff was very nice and friendly, the room and team did cover all my expectations, it was clean and tidy, they did leave in my bedroom some fresh fruit and drinks , the location was perfect for me and in general I can say I had such a nice experience for just 40 euros I’m happy to have found this place to stay.

I could hear literally everything from the neighboring rooms, even snoring 😅. The room had a window, but there was not a lot of natural light. I appreciated the mini fridge, but it was so so loud that I plugged it out the 2nd night to be able to sleep.

The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. I also had a sink and a shower, which is a bit funny, but extremely useful (the toilet was shared - actually, a whole bathroom is at your disposal. Spotless!) I enjoyed the complimentary water and fruit, what a nice touch. The staff was lovely, someone is there 24/7 and I was able to leave my luggage there for a while. The location is amazing!

As we had read, the room was quite small as was the shower although both were adequate for short stay.

Juanjo checked us in and was great. It was nice to be greeted with cold water, fresh fruit and even a cold beer in the fridge. Location on the pedestrian Lane was easy to find and Central to many things in the neighborhood. Having your refrigerator in the room was very nice and unexpected as well. Having 24-hour reception and attendance at the pension was very nice and provides a strong sense of security.

I stayed only for a night.The stuff was very friendly and even though it was my first time O had to share a toilet, everything was very clean and tided up. The room had everything even welcome fruits and beverages in a very reasonable price and in a very central area! Totally recommend it!

The room was a little tight for 3 adults but with a short stay it was fine.

The staff was so welcoming and helpful. They offered us drinks and fruits on arrival. The location is excellent we are in the middle of a shopping strip, close to most of the main attractions. Will definitely stay again.
