Authentic Seville - two minutes walk from the tourist sites The staff were attentive and very helpful. They made me feel at home. The room was large and the window opened onto a quiet internal courtyard. There was an attached cafe/restaurant with great paella and happy attentive waitresses. Royal Alcázar a Moorish inspired palace, and a bullfight (April only) are must sees.

The ladies in the bar and restaurant were so kind and friendly. They were very helpful. The reception staff were good as well. Good information when needed. We enjoyed our stay.

The bathroom in our room was a bit "tired". We arrived during Easter celebrations and were met with processions which in this part of the world are huge. Streets were blocked off to accommodate these so it took us a long time to access the hotel. This is no fault of the hotel, just our own ignorance regarding timing. We are now wise to the fact that accommodation that advertises "parking" often means there are parking facilities nearby which come at an extra cost. Public Parking rates in Sevilla are not cheap, and because we were there during festivities, the rate was jacked up. Again, nothing to do with the Hotel, but it did mean our stay was made considerably more expensive than expected. To have been aware of this might have made a difference to our choices - advice to other travellers: make sure you are aware of festivals and holidays which may affect access to accommodation and prices.

Fantastic location, 5 min walk to cathedral. Staff very friendly and attentive. Free mini bar which was unexpected and a bottle of cava was dropped in our room Saturday evening which was a really nice touch

I just found it a bit claustrophobic at first not having an outward facing window, so I could not see the sky or let fresh air into my room. There was a little banding of work in the building upstairs at about 8 or 9 o’clock a couple of mornings. However, I was out a lot so both things I have mentioned did not detract from my wonderful time with you in Seville

I thought the location was absolutely brilliant, the staff on reception could not have been more helpful. I loved meals in the restaurant, especially the breakfast of tomato, Iberian ham, cheese and avocado! Coffee was delicious too! The room was really clean and I really appreciated supplies in the fridge, which kept being replenished. Travelling alone I felt very safe in the hotel, which was important to me, thank you

Welcome from reception was amazing, we were given an upgrade to our room which was unexpected but brilliant, free mini-bar (soft drinks, water and 2 beers, snacks and tea and coffee. staff very welcoming all weekend. room was great, very comfortable.

The lifts are dated, the electronic key is not an instant swipe and in. On average I had to present the key three or four times. The wardrobe door would not open fully because the heavy hardwood ornate dresser was a little too close. I couldn't move The dresser, something was preventing it moving. If I was going to be in the room for longer I would have asked for it to be moved. The shower is an over bath one, it's just my personal preference to have a walk in shower.

The staff are so friendly, genuinely pleased to see you and help you. The location is excellent for exploring the historic centre. The rooms are clean and comfortable, on this trip I had a four poster bed in a dark wood, with furniture to match. The mini bar is included in the price, which is a nice touch. This is the second time I have stayed here. Iron and ironing board in the room. The TV had English channels.

There was renovations going on in the hotel which we were never advised of. Started 8:30am and was still going on up to 4:30pm.

It was very central for all you needed to visit and see. Comfortable and clean. Coffee bar adjoined very good.

Lovely hotel only a few minutes walk from the Cathedral. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good size quiet room with free drinks & tea/coffee making facilities. Has a nice cafe on site serving meals and snacks. Walk out of the door and you are surrounded by a choice of bars and restaurants. Would definitely come back here. Take 21 bus from station to Plaza de Toros.

Everything was good.

We were treated extremely well by the hotel personnel. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Various drinks, both alcoholic and soft, were provided free, along with snacks every day.

Arriving in a hire car having just landed at the airport was a bit stressful. Would have liked clearer directions to the public car park beforehand - which actually was quite near.

Small double beds, which couldn’t be pushed together because the frames were too big. Still the beds were very confortable.

Excellent location short walking distance to cathedral and beautiful alcázar. The room is big and everything was clean, we had coffee and drinks, air conditioning and heating, and the staff were very friendly.

The day we were checking out, we ordered a last minute meal...a Vegetarian Pizza.And the cafeteria packed us a cold frozen uncut bread with frozen vegetables and Cheeze.It was horrible.

They have an excellent location.The minibar is absolutely free.The room's decor was fabulous.
