I saw cockroaches in the dining room several times during lunch.

The walls in the room were relatively dirty (a lot of marks from luggage, or other thigs grazing them). The curtains in the living room were not fixed properly - half the bolts were coming out of the ceiling. The staff (a few of them) were simply impolite and not helpful at all (gave us wrong directions or were bothered by us asking for various things).

The room was quite large, we had a Suite with an Ocean View. The hotel is close to the Tenerife South airport, so the location is perfect for a quick over-night stay.

The mattress topper was some kind of waterproof protection and it work you up every time you rolled over.

We were in a new block and allocated a suite. Decor was lovely, immaculately clean, spacious, huge balcony overlooking the sea. Comfortable bed, huge bedroom and living area.

The WiFi in my room wasn't stable. I always had trouble getting internet.

Food wasn't great, in the way of the same thing. Never replaced tea bags in the room every day. So had only 2 the full stay. The cleaner we had wasn't helpful. Never replaced cups, so I had to order more and took our extra key? Knew instantly when we had a different cleaner. I know these are little things, and the only entrance into the hotel is the main door, and hopefully, soon, the other end will be available.

The hotel was lovely, 2 hotels that have become 1. We paid extra for a sea view and got upgraded to a suite. Beautiful room, so a very reasonable price

Wifi, shower head & balcony doors were broken in our room (all were quickly fixed). Wifi was variable quality throughout the resort & periodically cut off, sometimes not reconnecting for 5-10mins. Not enough staff at reception so wait times were sometimes long especially if anyone in front of you was checking in! Pool towels could only be changed on Mon/Wed/Fri but the life guards (who do the changing of the towels) bugger off early so you need to change towels at least 20mins before their shift ends. It was difficult to get a table in the restaurant at peak times (easily avoided if you're flexible with eating times). Some restaurant chairs had faulty legs & collapsed when sat on - test them first! No sandy beaches but we knew this before booking.

Good selection & quality food. Pool not too busy. No fights for sun loungers. Rooms were clean. Free safe in room. Very short walk to the promenade for lovely coastal walk. Our room (suite) had a fantastic view of the lower level pool & sea beyond. The 2 main outdoor pools were partially heated - a lovely temperature to swim.

The loud music and our lift didn’t always work.

Friendly helpful staff; sea views; cleanliness; food and drink plentiful and we weren’t turfed of on our last day as we had an evening flight; 11 mins from the airport and quiet.

Loud partying, shouting until midnight, so sleeping is impossible.

Parts of the hotel are quite dated. All inclusive drinks were not of great quality.

The walls are extremely thin, the baby crying next door sounded as if she was in the same room with us. Worth packing ear plugs as the hotel did not have any to offer. The restaurant has a wide variety of plates but the jngredients are not of good quality and most of them lack the spices. It happened that the meat was undercooked.

The hotel is located near the ocean, there is a direct access from the hotel to the ocean promenade. Our room was clean. Sheets and towels were changed if requested. The bed was comfortable. The hotel provides for a number of programs which you can participate in. You also have the possibility to book excursions and there is a transfer from and back to the hotel.

Really minor but could have had chicken options on buffet as that's the only meat i eat and i dont like fish which was always plenty of. Didn't go hungry plenty of salad etc.

Resort was very clean, plenty of sunbed space, always a table in the resturants and happy, smiley staff in the bars.
