Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Check in and entry after 8pm required calling the service desk through a video phone which took a while, but they were very friendly and patient. No air con in the room and the drain wasn't allowing the water to drain very well. No parking available nearby either.
Central location, clean room with 3 beds as requested and pet friendly. Service was good, they responded quickly to my call.

The shower head was a bit trying but manageable tbh
Very friendly staff. Absolutely value for money. Nice, clean and spacious room. Very comfortable. Location is good - not far from the Camino route.

Everything was fine except the breakfast, which was not very bad, but not traditionally Spanish good either, as it’s given by a downstairs café and it consists of a sandwich, a glass of orange juice, a coffee at which they add a small piece of a cake they sell there. Moreover, one of the receptionists doesn't speak nor understand much English, which came as a bit of a surprise considering everywhere we've travelled in Spain so far, everybody spoke at least a passable English. The AC in the room is too small. We hung some items to dry in the bathroom, on the rail, and the next day the receptionist (the one with poor English) told us it wasn't allowed, but without giving us an explanation, and we also didn't appreciate that the room maid took the liberty to take pictures of our personal belongings and showed them to the receptionist.
We have enjoyed our stay.

Don’t forget it’s just an average hotel in small town and they accommodate pets. Personal was very exceptionally friendly, and fast. Room itself is spacious, pillows, bed lining, blankets and mattress are new and comfortable, pressure of hot water is good. It was very quiet at night and the area is close to nice park and police station is next to the hotel. So I pretend it’s safe place. Good job!

The front desk is open only until 4pm.

There was dust on the floor and seemed like the cleaner didn't clean for a long time or from the last customer. The hair dryer didn't work. The latest time to store luggage was 4pm.

Check-in was atrocious, first of all not being able to get into the hotel due to their door system not working and then the video check-in losing connection. Unnecessarily complicated compared to other online check-ins I have done on this trip. The worst thing about this hotel is safety though. The fire alarm went off at about 10pm when there was no staff in the building. The 24 hour assistance was called and told to wait for someone. Nobody turned up for 45 mins so just waiting outside not knowing when we would get back in. No checks were done of the building when we went back in. Did not feel safe in this hotel.
The lady at reception was friendly. The cafe next door is great for breakfast!

It was great and good value for money there was nothing we didn’t like.
Breakfast great and value for money, in cafe next door. Lovely cake with every cuppa also. Breakfast that the locals eat was lovely.

The bathroom it’s not good! Please refresh it. It looks like more than 50 years old. The bed was terrible, sagged in the middle. No hair dryer or iron. The parking it’s really hard near the hotel

The bathroom with old facilities and not so clean. The room was right beside the elavator and very noisy, and they didnt offered this info to us.
