The apartment we stayed in was lovely with plenty of room, charming decor and had everything you would need to stay long term. It was well located in the city.

The wifi was not great, which is fine for most, but if working then be aware it might not stand up to video / conference calls. Also, the room was a bit damp & smelly when we first got in, but soon cleared with the doors and a breeze. I imagine this is only an off season problem.

Excellent location and very friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast was perfect and we had dinner there one night also, which again was lovely. We stayed in the apartment which meant we had extra space and a living room area which was useful as I had to work whilst out there.

It was a relaxed and beautiful place to stay. Lots of excellent touches, very comfortable and a delicious breakfast.

We loved out stay at this historic hotel. The breakfast and the dinner was above average. The hotel was clean, cheerful with comfortable facilities (shower,bed etc). We loved all the decor and the little touches (honesty bar, record player for guests). Best of all, our dog was as warmly welcomed as we were. We tried to stay another night but they were fully booked! Next time.

The only downside to the hotel is that there isn't an elevator, but we did know that in advance.

The location in the old town was perfect and the breakfast was truly wonderful! The hotel had warm vibes and I felt at home. Begur is a beautiful town, and we were just off the main square which was perfect. The hotel restaurant was great too we had afternoon tapas there and sangria before leaving! We arrived by car and appreciated the secure parking lot around the corner.

Rooms are incredibly comfortable and beautifully designed. The hotel is so nice that even though you are out in enchanting Begur and Costa Brava you want to want to spend as much time in the hotel as possible. Great breakfast as well .

Lighting in the hallway and stairs is a bit gloomy.

Set within walking distance of the centre of Begur, the hotel was charming and very comfortable. Our room had a lovely terrace, seating area with sofa, comfortable bed and well-appointed bathroom. There was also a comfortable lounge with books, vinyls and a well-stocked honesty bar. Clara was very welcoming. The breakfast buffet was superb. We will go back.

It’s a beautiful historic building which has been renovated to make it extremely comfortable. The town is lovely, and a short drive away are some of the most stunning beaches I’ve been to. The staff are welcoming and very helpful.

If you’re reading this thinking about booking this hotel, don’t think twice and just book it. It’s the best 3 stars hotel anybody could ask for, having vintage and home feel that 5 star hotels don’t. Location, breakfast, rooms, view, cleanliness, service are all perfect. The hotel owner even came to check on us. 5/5

The noise from guests returning late to the hotel, opening and slamming doors, and talking very loudly gets elevated at night because everything echoes in the building. Some guests next door to me were singing one night and screaming on another. It’s not really the hotel’s fault but it does affect the peacefulness of the place.

Beautiful boutique hotel decorated in a quirky, cosy way. Excellent view of the town from the room. Lovely terrace downstairs with a nice breeze. Great location.

The restaurant below can be noisy and it’s ok of one is ln holidays and doesn’t mind to sleep late. Breakfast is ok, nothing special, in particular the coffee (there’s a tendency to get self service machines that unfortunately are a disappointment).

Beautiful building with charme. Very large room, nice decor. In the middle of Begur with parking.
