It was a 1night stay for our family with 2kids. I love the location, the streets, the city. It is 5mins walking to the closest parking area. The Hotel is automated, we uave not met any staff there. Rooms are clean, very comfy beds. We love that!

Internet did not work on the lower levels, not really a big deal

The hotel was very Spanish, in a excellent location, very central. It was very clean and the lady who looked after us all week was very friendly and attentive.

This is not the properties fault, but some selfish person played a computer game from 10pm until 5am. Think they were in the room next door, but was so loud - shooting, car chases, ridiculous repetative music -was hard to tell. So basically had no sleep and left at 5.30 am. No ideal if you have to then work, but also if you were on holiday, great way to wreck it. I have travelled for work for over 40 years and this behaviour seems to be more and more commonplace. It doesn't seem to matter where you are, city/town/countryside. these people are everywhere. People who think their wants and needs outweigh anyone elses' and they can behave exactly as they see fit. I think all hotels and hostals need to make unacceptable noise policy clear. At the apt block where I used to live, there was a sign about noise between midnight and 8 am. And a number for the police.

Great location, staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. Very good room, bathroom also good.

It’s probably better not to sleep on the road side (noisy for some people) We didn’t see the staff very much which didn’t bother us but some may find it strange, you could always get hold of them. Finding a car parking space in Summer may be tricky the free car parks get busy. You can pay ( can’t remember how much, maybe €10 a day)to park in a designated hotel spot we chose the free car parks.

Only draw back was the noise of motor scooters in the street, but the hotel can't be blamed for that.

Beautiful old building in a narrow historic street in Torrox only a few minutes walk from the main square. cafes, and shops within easy reach. The view from the hotel has the mountains on one side and the street on the other. Good wi-fi and a spacious and comfortable room, with a bath! I would definitely come back. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is perfect, being a 2 minute walk to the main square where you find an abundance of restaurants. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Although it is value for money, and we have stayed here a number of times, some things now need updating. Towels need replacing and rooms need to be refurbished. Bedding doesn't fit the beds properly.

It seemed a long way from the town but we didn't mind that, we just wanted a bed.

A clean and spacious hotel room, easy to get to, pleasant staff, good facilities. The staff provided us with hot water for our tea and plates and cutlery for an in-room picnic in the evening.

Room was very clean. Friendly staff. No complaints.Hotel has a few parking spaces available in a public carpark,at about 6-7 minutes walk from the hotel. Value for money overnight stay. The hotel was a 16 minute drive from the beach
