Because we was on grand floor,the people above was moven suitcases and made lots of noise above at 3 am. I did not know were a worker overnight to complain of it.

All was good. When I advised staff of an issue with the shower water (hot/cold fluctuations), it was fixed quickly.

My private room with bathroom was clean, cosy, and bright. As a solo traveller, I felt safe at all times; the 24 hour desk and security was reassuring. Breakfast was substantial. Linens clean and regularly changed. Courtyard was cool and lovely. Laundry available on site. Location was excellent: a quiet residential area, and about 40 minute walk to Centro Historico and puerto.

The shower cabin's door was not working properly and the metal thing covering the hole collecting water in the shower cabin was loose.

The property had great price and value ratio. It was not so far away from the center of the city. Breakfast was adequate with various coffee and tea drinks to choose from. The room was pretty spacious and had a table. The staff was friendly and helpful.

They could put some soap near the sink. Not critical of course, but if you want to wash hands. There was only shower gel in a shower cabin.

Wifi was present for free but shaped at 8 mbit download and 2 mbit upload. Worse was that it was extremely filtered. I tried 3 different vpns and neither was working. It works only for browsing, file download and whatsapp or telegram.

Very good price - around 45 euro per night for single room with bathroom and breakfast. It was clean and comfortable. Location is good. Also there is 24/7 reception.

Nothing really, it live upto my expectations of a hostel.

It was what I expected of a hostel, simple functional furnishing more akin to student accommodation. I had a room to myself with bunks. V. Comfortable, good 10 mins walk to centre, but a bus runs the route. Warm and clean enough. Good value at £30 per night. Any more and I'd look elsewhere. Breakfast basic but on. Coffee good. No one around 1st night, 2nd night lots of students. A credit to their parents

There is nothing comfortable or cosy in the room, really basic but I was still able to sleep ok.

Considering the low price this place was ok for me. It is more like a dormitorio. The room had one basic single bed and a bunk bed. Everything was clean thou. Breakfast was pretty good. I could come again for the price.

Breakfast is too poor. I think you should serve some scrambled eggs in the morning at least and some drinks in the evening. Just sandwich with butter and ham in the morning it is not enough.

The room was not super big but enough for one person. The shower was of a right size. The breakfast is basic: coffee, milk (including without lactose and soy milk), tea, orange juice, bread, cheese, butter, jam, olive oil, cereals, muffins, and fruits (apples, pears, nectarines). The location is good, about a 20 min walk from the center and from the Maria Zambrano station

The price was very good compared to what was available that night, so we decided to have it. The girl in the reception was so nice, spoke english and she was smiling all the time. The room was ver very, very clean, and we slept like babies. The breakfast was included and had everything we could wish for. We had a car and the parking was free nearby. Thank you!

It is recommended to stay if you do not need a lot of comfort. It was nice to have a breakfast and the staff was pleasant. The hotel is located about 20-25 min walking distance from city center.

The choice of breakfast options was a little limited. I would have preferred more choice of cheeses and meat slices.

The room was comfortable and of a decent size. The room was clean and the property was well maintained. The counter staff were always available and very helpful.

If I would rate this for what it is, it would be a 9. Clean accommodation offering private rooms with bunk beds. Not really a hostel. You can meet people of all ages staying. Located at a pleasant neighbourhood 6 minutes walk from the Metro that can take you to the center of the city fast. The personnel was accommodating and they can store your bags for free after check-out. Clean bed sheet and towels.
