The light in the bathroom were blinking and nobody showed up to fix it. The room was too small for 8 persons, 6 are enough up to me.

Well really nice location and big hostel, so it is not rented apartment type. A breakfast was included and it can be picked-up if the check-out is earlier. There are personal big lockers. 24/7 check-in possibilities.

The breakfast didn't include any vegetables. There could be a small shelf next to the bed for e.g. the phone.

The locker under the bed is very smart, I especially liked that it closes with the same magnet key that is used for the door. It is good that the toilet is separate from the shower. It is very good that there are hangers in the shower for our towels (could be even more but this is already better than in most hostels). The bed is equipped with a socket and a small reading light.

The door of room was super noisy and creaky, the bathroom room had the lock broken. And the beds were not very comfy but they were functional at least

Rates not as low as they should be, considering how far it is from Centro AND the beachfront. Witnessed too many lazy guests forgoing bed linen and sleeping on the mattress in street clothes. Very inconsiderate --- trifling, too! Worst of all, this hostel is popular with rowdy student groups (it IS a suitable choice for groups but for the rest of us meanwhile...)

It is far away from centrum. The packed breakfast is only cookies and cake, no bread. The bathroom is poorley aquiped (no hand soap).

Properties like this should have strict hygiene rules and indications. I stayed in a 8-bed room and 5 of the people were a group in their 60s that were completely out of the blue. They treated that room like it was theirs. Towels on the floor, cups with tooth stuff (yknwim) and the worst of all they did not respect the cleanliness of the bathroom. There should be some ways of avoiding this behaviours. I didn’t feel comfortable at all to go to the bathroom and to take showers because everything was always so dirty. The Hostel is not guilty of the bad luck with my roommates but it really influenced my overall opinion.

Breakfast was amazing such as the staff. Wonderful people. From receptionists, to securities at night and cleaning guys.

The individual nightlight projects straight out from the wall and since the beds have no privacy curtains this "reading light" was the furthest thing from private. The room only had one chair and no coat hooks.

Inside the room was a toilet separate from the shower; quiet footlockers; individual power outlet; strong WiFi throughout; and large guest kitchen. The hostel is short walking distance from Numancia tram stop (and longish walking distance straight up from Sants Station). The inclusive breakfast is worthwhile despite the overcooked mini croissants :) I really liked the coffee machine which offered a selection of hot drinks. The hostel has ample lobby sitting and ground floor terrace.

The air-conditioning unit was switched on and made loud noise - couldn't work out how to turn it off.

The reception staff were all helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and functioned well. The breakfast included was more than expected considering the low price paid. Also liked the location - it's a away from the town centre but better that way as I didn't want the hassle and street crimes so common in BCN.

its a huge hostel so you have a LOT Of people but a lot of them were kids or like tour groups that came all together so you have zero chance of socializing actually. no good area to hang out - noo comfy couch. the common area is the lobby

It could be a bit more clean, and the bed are not the most conf, also the breakfast is quite basic.

I liked the guys from reception, wich were quite helpful and nice. Also the location, is close to a shopping cengrr and many restaurants and markets.
