There was no kitchen to use and it was only open in the mornings so some of my food could not be kept refrigerated. There was no hairdryer in the room either.

The room was clean and spacious enough, with toiletries provided. The surrounding area was quiet, parking was convenient, and there was a supermarket nearby.

It’s right on the Camino but as you come into town. It’s a long bus ride to the center or a 10 euro taxi. There is absolutely NOTHING nearby. No cafes or bars or bodegas. The restaurant was closed the entire time we stayed there. Breakfast was cereal, toast, or yogurt. Over priced but convenient. It’s a hotel. Not an albergue.

Not suitable without your own transport. Nothing is really accessible from the hotel.The shower unit in 210 needs sorting. The pipework leaks and more sprays on the walls than on you as you shower. Come prepared to eat elsewhere. Never had breakfast as we got on the road first thing.

Access to the hotel is good as it is on a large industrial park on the outskirts of the city. The check in process is remote on line and this works well and contributes to the low cost of the accommodation. Good for travelling through or with business in the area. Simple, basic and clean. Modern decor and facilities.

The location is not the best as it is in an industrial area but it is good for a short stay or if you want to be in a quiet environment. If i may, instead of pictures of trucks on the wall of the reception, it would have been better to put some pictures of the beautiful city of Burgos or spain in general, it will brighten the place.

The breakfast was good and affordable, the staff was professional and efficient, the rooms were clean.

It took a bit of time before I could make my check-in as I arrived late night but at the end everything was fine.

Price . It's a very good, comfortable and clean place. The breakfast was very good!

When staying at any accommodation, sleep and a good shower are important to us. Sleep score 3/10 -this is mostly about the bed, this property had a bad bed. It was hard and I felt some kind of sharp honeycomb core. Taking into consideration noise, lighting and temperature, we had an average nights sleep. Shower score 9/10 - water pressure was good. Size of the shower was good. Towels provided but no face washer. Room overall 10/10 - big room! Other notes: It is in the industrial zone, so we heard it all night

Apart from the quite warm room, which can be compensated by opening the windows, otherwise everything was ok.

Location is good, (free) parking around the area is a plus. Celia has been very helpful during our stay with all the information requested.

The location is terrible--way outside the city. However, it's by a bus stop! The bus comes once every two hours on sundays and festival days, so I just had some bad luck there. It takes about 40 mins on the bus to reach the center. the bus service also stops every night at 9:30 pm so that's special. The outside of the hotel looks pretty dodgy but the inside's fine. You can definitely find better private rooms in the city for the same price or cheaper.

The inside of the hotel is modern and, you know. your pretty standard hotel. Decent breakfast. The staff are super friendly and helpful.
