Fantastic hotel. Staff is incredible. They take care all your needs and thoughts. It is found on the best place of the beach. Spa is very good too.

Small points - During our winter stay the weather was hot - unfortunately our room was next door to SPA facility and it was so hot in there that the heat kept escaping into the corridor area so it got extremely hot in our corridor when walking back to your room. I'm sure an aircon unit in corridor could solve that. As can't imagine what it would be like in the summer. Quite a good walk to the marina. We didn't mind but better to be aware. The Pool area is quite exposed to other guests rooms and the drink / restaurant terrace. So extremely glad we were not put in one of those rooms. The bottled water is expensive to buy in the restaurant (which doesn't make sense) as the filtered water is free in your room. This is just an ick for me but continuingly topping up either my wine glass or water glass I found after 4 days this overly fussiness did annoy me slightly just because it interrupts conversations - then me stop what I was in flow sentence to say thank you etc. The Shower was too small it was narrow with glass doors that pulled open. The toilet area was similar but glass sliding doors both were too small for such a huge bathroom

On arrival we were given a Free upgrade on our room which was totally unexpected (we had actually paid for a Seaview) but this room was exceptional with a huge terrace next to an outdoor Jacuzzi. Near the gym and Spa facilities. Aircon in room. Lift nearby. The hotel was able to accommodate an early check in at 1pm. A complimentary drink on arrival our choice with cheese and nibbles. So lovely. Staff very accommodating and couldn't do enough for you. English spoken. Our double room was huge, with a huge bed, huge bath and bathroom, English TV channels. Fridge. Free Safe and filtered water which was replaced daily. Large wardrobe. Plenty of mirrors. Large bed bench and seetee. The Food in the restaurant was superb certainly more like French cooking than Spanish. Complementary Christmas gifts on Christmas day. Lovely touch. We stayed for 4 nights. Christmas Gala was already calculated in the cost of the half board stay. Portions in the restaurant for each starter are partially big. Main meal portions are smaller but certainly enough for us. Drinks are extra and charged separately on all days of our stay except Gala dinner on Christmas Eve. There were 4 wines to choose from that had been paired with each dish. Just lovely. Plus bubbles. The Walk to the sea prominade was through hotel carpark or lift. Secure access in and out of hotel. A Flat walk up and down to the marina. Which we did daily. View from terrace area stunning. Always request pay for Seaview it's so worth it.

I had read previous reviews on this hotel and thought well it couldn't be. However, from the minute you enter the hotel until your day of leaving which let me tell you you will never want to leave just pure perfection. Haven't been lucky to have stayed in many hotels previous, I have never met so many friendly and professional staff each one of them couldn't do enough for you. Well done to everyone 👏 👍

Stunning location! Fab staff. Had a great time. Right from our late check in to our check out, the experience at this hotel was absolutely marvellous . The staff are very friendly and helpful, including Marta, Borja, Ricardo to mention some names. The room we booked was amazing. Spacious with a large bathroom and a patio with access to a small outdoor pool and overlooking the beach . We had to just go down the steps to reach the beach . Experienced the most beautiful sunrise and sunset . The breakfast is excellent with hot , cooked and cold options to choose from and freshly squeezed orange juice and cut fruits as well . The bud to Malaga city centre comes a few steps from the hotel which is very convenient . The staff are well informed with tips for travel and places to eat . The Peurto marina Benalmadena is about a 20 mins from the hotel and it has a lot of restaurants . On the whole, I would highly recommend this hotel . Thanks for making my birthday trip wonderful !

Spa facilities not available, we’re closed. Eggs Benedict very disappointing. Cold and rubbery. Only two things wrong.

Staff were wonderful. Great warm welcome from reception on arrival, all the staff were tremendous. You got the feeling you were being pampered.

We found ants running on the desk in our room. Some lights in the room was automatically on at 6 am in one of the mornings. I hope the hotel can offer more bottles of drinkable water.

Perfect place for a vacation. The location was beachfront with sea view. The TV was small but can mirror one’s phone to watch shows from steaming platforms. The breakfast was excellent.

There is nothing I didn’t like about our stay in this hotel.

This hotel was beautiful, we were greeted by Borja who was professional and friendly, all staff exceeded our expectations and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was superb, we could have stayed on the balcony all day soaking up the sea views. Breakfast was cooked to perfection, and served by very friendly, helpful staff, again the views from the restaurant were breathtaking. I cannot wait to come back.

Everything was excellent! The sea views, the breakfasts, the dinners, the rooms, the cleanliness, it was first class. However, it was the employees that made the stay so comfortable and enjoyable. The receptionists and waiters were the most helpful and friendly we’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Nothing was too much trouble.
