Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing really. The bedroom didn't have a window, but I knew that on booking. Other than that the room was excellent. Hotel is located on a main commercial street which is less charming, but really not an issue for me, but if you're looking for a hotel on a quiet street with old-town charm it might not be for you.
Fantastic location in old town Palma, also very near to transport for the airport and beyond e.g. Sollér, Joan Miro Foundation and nearby beaches. You could walk to everywhere you'd want to see in under 20 mins and there were lots of lovely restaurant options close by. It's a lovely hotel and very stylish, modern. Warm welcome from the staff. I was in a single room, but it was still pretty spacious and had everything I needed for a stop over night in the city. Feels very new, clean and modern- bathroom was excellent. Exclusive key access to luggage room and toilets after check out which was very helpful as I could freshen up before leaving for the airport. Would definitely stay there again!

Rooftop bar is a public bar so need a reservation at times even as a hotel guest. It’s also a very popular spot so up until midnight it’s very noisy in the rooms with people coming and going

The heating was turned off at 31 March as summer starts on1 April eventhough it was cold in the nights.
Location is a walk away from the sea front and sites of interest.Shops,restaurants and cafe's nearby.Hotel rooms are large and comfortable.Choices of food at breakfast were excellent and cater for all tastes.The view from the hotel bar on 8th floor was beautiful.

The lifts can be under pressure.
Loved the decor. It is very central, also stayed as a solo traveller and found the price v good. The sky bar is lovely and the drinks reasonably priced. I have returned to this hotel and will again. It’s a lovely spot.

Poor air circulation and cooling in our room and resulting street noise through open windows. However, the people we traveled with did not have this issue in their room.

Our bathroom was small for a room sleeping 4 people but that's really all I can think of.
We had a quadruple room which worked really well for our family and the location cannot be beat within Palma - we were able to walk to most everything we wanted to do. The breakfast is quite substantial in the morning and the staff was always incredibly helpful. Loved the complimentary water re-stock each night.

Absolutely stunning place, right next to the Corvatsch ski lift with incredible views over the valley and lakes. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly, I enjoyed every bit of communication we had. The hotel itself is sparkling clean, my room had everything I needed, and that's definitely one of the most quiet air conditioning I've ever seen. Rooftop bar has awesome views, very cosy fireplace and nice selection of gins and dinner was a very pleasant experience, marvellous service and delicious meals.
