Rooms could be a bit more modern, but are clean and have enough space.

Pool area and private beach - Very nice. View from the room. Great value for money.

Beach not so clean rubbish bins on the beach full. Outside facilities need upgrading to today's standards, families expect more if they are too advertise as a 4 star hotel.

good value for money as we did not have children staying. Friendly staff.

Service could be much better. Some waiters are dry and even impolite. Given that there are so many kids, they should be much more careful with the food and the cleanliness of the buffet... Also having to pay 5€ for the parking is quite ridiculous.

Good location and facilities, specially for families.

I was disappointed in the food on offer, both in terms of variety (not a great selection for vegetarians for example) and quality (pasta sat out too long, so was dried and cold). Would probably describe it as a bit outdated in that respect.

The hotel is set in a beautiful location on the Costa Dorada, surrounded by idyllic beaches. The hotel is a popular family resort, with many activities and entertainment for children during the day and at night time too.

Apart from the location by the beach and the views, I didnt like anything about this place: the food was horrible - they offer only low quality food, staff OK, the rooms filthy, the decor extremely outdated - from the 70s. The spa would have been nice to visit, but you have to pay an extra fee, 7eur/p - although the price per night is high at a 4 star hotel price range. This hotel should only have 2-3 stars. Dont spend time and money here.

The only positive thing about this hotel is the location. The views are fantastic. Apart from that, I would highly recommend not to spend money on this establishment - this hotel doesnt deserve 4 stars, rather 2-3.

This hotel is big and has only one person at the reception. The remote control didn't work, I gave it to the receptionist and after 2 hours I came back and i didn't get any new one replaced or one with new batteries. The spa is closing quite early 7pm. And they charge you 5 euros for having the car parked oustide when you have no other space to park the car.As usual catalonian people taking money from every single chance. If you visit this hotel be ready for being dissapointed

Space in the room cleanliness and breakfast is ok

Where to start. Not clean. Needed to be modernised as it was very tired. If you were Spanish and of the older generation and also liked hearing people shout at each other while standing directly next to each other then this is the place for you. Cold food which should be hot. Asked for a plain omelette but the chief, she said no. Very unhelpful. So you could have it with ham (I have an allergy to) or Cheese. But if you want anything to be cooked hot or even warm you will be unlucky. You got the best of both worlds at this hotel screaming kids and shouting adults. :( Our bath in room 510 was fitted incorrectly. Shower was situated in the middle of the bath and the screen to the left and at the opposite end to the plug hole and where the base is flat. Water all over the floor as the shower had attachment had one location for height up on the wall or you had to hold it. The fan in the bathroom had an annoying vibration as it wasn't fitted to the ceiling well hanging off. Put toilet tissue in the gap to help. The cleaner never noticed and stayed there. The Hotel had a strange damp and odd smell about the place. Also note you have to take a lift down to reception when you have luggage or carry bags down a steep set of stairs.

It had a fridge in the room

The pool only opened from 10am to 7pm. This was not advised to us at reception, which was disappointing. The lifeguard at the pool was not effective at all, hardly watching the pool and it appeared he was only there to "tick the box" of having to have a life guard on duty. This was observed over a four day period and I feel it is important for family's to be aware of this. The reception staff were quite unfriendly and were "just doing there job"

Great value for money and great location within walking (20 minutes or so) distance of the town.

So I am a good with the bad kind of person so let me first start off with what is good about this hotel...the view Now the bad If you choose to go to a retirement village or a creche for your holiday u are in luck !! The foyer smells of diapers and the children entertainment is on til at least 1130pm everyday and nothing after that to accommodate to adults. The buffet on offer - If you are lucky enough to fight your way obtain any food don't bother it is freezing cold and tasteless. Most of the. staff are completely disinterested The rooms smell very very unpleasant and just incase you want to take a nice walk along the beautiful cliffs and have the picnic bag that they offer, if you have a palate for stale bread with just a piece of cheese slapped in it (no butter) a green banana that will quickly send you to the bathroom and a hard as rock muffin your are completely set for a rocking holiday at this place! Stayed 5 nights too long, thank god for the lovely town next to it that gave us some solace.

Food is not very good (And not very clean), Pool is not great ,old facilities, Place too small for the amount of people, extras overpriced, and if you are looking to relax and having a quiet time, thats not the place to go, they blast the pool area from 10 to 19 with loud music. WIFI Doesnt work at all.

Close to a nice but small beach, mini disco for the kids at night great, and nice staff and animadores.

The hotel is definitely no 4 Star Hotel. I dont know where they got this amount of stars. It was far too expensive and was not worth it. The gym should have been included but it cost 7 EUR extra per day (incl spa). The breakfast was included in the rate but if you don't come to the buffet at 0800 then you will find cues at the coffee machines and the "egg station" and actually everywhere its crowded and very loud, it felt like in a factory canteen and it was very stressful and not relaxing. The quality of food was also poor. The hotel is very old and not very clean. Everything was very low quality. It was full of kids and families ( i like children) but probably for young couples without kids its not the best place. The cleaning staff wanted to enter the room but we were not ready yet, they wouldn't leave after we told 3 times that they should come later. Overall the hotel is a low cost hotel and I would not recommend to stay there.

The location was okay, its directly at a Cala but its not a private beach, its public for everyone. The walking distance to the city centre is around 15 minutes.

I couldnt eat any fish dishes. Too bad. Cocroaches in dinning room!!! Not healthy food...nothing for diabetics or macrobiotic. Too noisy and dirty everywhere. Dirty pool w hair floating and tessels coming off. Bad evening entertainment. Too many birds spoiling everything. Pls update web page because htl tried to charge us things like spa or gym which supposed to be free. No water on first day. No entertainment for teenagers. Drinks too expensive.

Comfortable beds. Nice staff even not too professional. Big rooms.

The staff was not service minded - seldom have I been treated so badly! First we were sent twice to a dirty room and then we were asked to wait for a too long time before the room was ready! During breakfast we were asked to change table while eating - without any reason! Finally the beach was amazingly dirty from all the platics floating in from offshore! I expected more from a 4 star hotel

Safe didn't work in room and wasn't fixed. The Spa wasnt open and therefore in able to be booked for any of the time I was there. Most importantly the noise and disruption overnight on the second night due to a teenage school party having been spread out across the floor and in adjacent rooms was awful. Reported it to reception but had to deal with it myself, not pleasant and unacceptable not to be able to sleep. No mention of any of the problems at checkout which is very disappointing.

Without car, it was nearly impossible to go anywhere since the hotel is pretty isolated. The pool was shutted down due to the wedding. Congrats to them, but I would love to enjoy my vacation in the pool. Confused with 2 rocky and noisy double beds with a mature couple....... Pretty weird to sleep in one bed and leave the other one empty.....

The room was good considering the price we paid.
