Excellent facilities - kitchen and the laundry room were great. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. I liked the water cooler in the kitchen, which means you can refill your bottle and there is no need to buy water in plastic bottles. In the laundry room, you can use washing machines free of charge, and the washing powder is provided, also free of charge. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, a great experience.

The room fridge didn’t refrigerate very well.

Clean, well maintained, felt newly appointed. Comfortable beds (though mattresses were VERY hard - but I’d rather that than soft ones), perfectly adequate, functioning modern bathroom, small, essential wardrobe and easy to operate safe. Cleaning of room every other day. Communal spaces (lounge, terrace, kitchen) were never busy even in height of tourist season. Free use of washing machine and washing powder. Just a 5-7 min walk to the beach and all amenities. Would definitely return! 😄

It was not clear at all on the website that it was a self check-in all day long. There is no staff at all in that property (besides housekeeping). We arrived at the hotel just before midnight and the self check-in did not go smoothly. There were 3 sheets of explanation to do it but it was not clear at all. So, you have to register online and then you receive an email with the code to open the key box. But, there are no signs to tell you where the key boxes are... it took us 30min to figure the whole thing out and we were exhausted. And, when we left, the self check-out did not work... I had to send an email to let them know we had left on time.

The room was neat and clean. It was a good surprise to have a mini fridge there. The AC was very welcome as well! The little terrace in front was lovely and we enjoyed very much eating breakfast there every morning. 5 min from the center, the shops and the beach!

Easy walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants. Nice and clean. Well stocked for utensils in kitchen. Laundry was very useful with good free machines, detergent and clothes lines.

The regular supermarkets (Eroski, Lidl) are on the other side of town, some 20 min walk.

Check-in process is being handled on the hostel website which worked well. It's close to the main street in a very quite area. Overall, it's great value in comparison to the very expensive options in the vicinity.

Was clear the room had not been properly deep cleaned in a while, there was a build up of grime on the bathroom floor. Also was a few hairs on the bathroom wall. Refrigerator did not work and nothing was done when I mentioned it. Also, they said would change the sheets after 2 days, but they only made the bed and kept the same sheets. Good value/location if you are okay with this

fabulas !!! i stayed at the valentina regina 5 star next door on my first visit to pagure as i did not know about Flor Amistad and i will tell you all that i would choose Flor Amistad as my preferance by far on my next visit to pagurea . everything was perfect , location , clenliness , comfort , well equiped, atmosphere , just perfect !!

We have room number 4 closed to the entrance on the ground floor, the other guests were walking past us to their rooms. so it was a little bit problematic to leave the door or window open at night. The front door lock was very difficult to open and the bathroom door could not be closed at all.

We were only there for one night but would not have had any problem to stay longer. Nice, fresh room with newly renovated barhroom and good A/C. Nice big balcony! The staff were very nice and breakfast very good. Calm area in Paguera.
