Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The hotel is located near Monbus station, around 5 minutes walk and easy to locate. Highly recommended as it is one of the hotels in the area who has check-in time till 12 midnight! The room is clean and provides complementary tea and chips!

The least I would say that the neighbors in the room next to ours were a bit noisy, bit this is not something the host can control.
We came in November 2023. The staff prepared our room in advance to keep it warm. They wanted to ensure we were having a good stay.

Small room in attic space with only a skylight (which did open). Shower leaked water on to the floor with no drain. Bed up against the wall, meant access was a bit awkward.
Good location and value. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Clean. Iron and board. Nice common area with a fireplace. Recently fitted out.

The room was small but tired. The pillows were old and the heater didn’t work.
A reasonable location at the top of the town with east street parking (in October) outside. The hotel was very clean and there were plenty of towels. The bed had two mattresses on top of each other which added to its comfort. The room comes with a kettle and tea bags while the reception were happy to give me a sugar and some milk in a cup.

My 3 friends and I had completed walking the Camino Frances Way. We had limited time so took a bus to Finisterre to do the walk to the lighthouse. The Hotel was very conveniently situated for the bus station, lighthouse and the restaurants along the harbour. The very comfortable (flat) beds with fresh white linen were a real bonus for us after having experienced many albergues during our pilgrimage. It was also lovely having our own bathroom after having to share bathrooms for the past 38 days. We had the breakfast which had a lovely selection to choose from. I loved that the coffee was HOT! I will gladly recommend your Hotel. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Credit card usage was not available. Booking.com should have been notified so we could have been prepared. Shower door not adequate. Extended only 2/3 of the way on the tub. Water on floor after shower. No laundry facilities. Reading lamp on only side of bed.
Location was good. Check- lady was very nice and helpful. Hotel was clean. Liked the large window and type of window shade in the room. Liked the bag of chips in the room.

Great value for money. I don't normally get a kettle at this price so that was a nice touch. The breakfast was good value too. Just three minutes from the bus stop to Santiago de Compostela, similar to a supermarket, and at the same end of town as the Faro. Perfect way to end your Camino.

it was the last stop of my pilgrimage ,I checked in to the accommodation on time, but in the evening they debited card, which was announced at the time of booking, even though I paid the cost of the accommodation in cash in the morning, as the host wrote that he could only accept cash, a day passed and I still haven't received the amount back on the card, it's more than strange.

Breakfast seemed out of step with the hotel standards - for example, the only way to have cornflakes (available) was it a cup with hot milk!!. Maybe that is the way it is done, but a dish and cold milk would be nice. I did request, but not possible. Other than that, breakfast was plentiful and very relaxed.
Wonderful place to stay. I booked it the day before as I was having issues elsewhere. When I arrived they had noted my request for a top-floor room and all the staff were very professional. Lovely place to stay - clean, quiet and very well furnished. Would recommend.

This is quite a good budget hotel in Finisterre. 2 minutes walk to the bus stop towards Santiago. 4 minutes to the supermarket and to the beach. 12 minutes to a super beautiful long beach. The hotel is right on the road leading to the lighthouse. Breakfast is poor but you won't go hungry. Quite a good option for inexpensive accommodation.
