We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

FrancePersonnel is super friendly and always helps. Cleaning team is amazing, always super proper room. The shower that doesn’t let water leak outside - rare brilliant :) And pet-friendly!!! Location is top, close to the beach. Public fridge available any time.

SpainThe balcony handle door was kind of broken, so to open I had to be very careful not to broken it for good. The waitresses at breakfast was having some funny comments about other guests and colleagues, in our presence, careless if we can hear it. The big smile not always means professionalism.
Very spacious SUPER SUPER clean room and bathroom. That's a 10! Nice balcony. Good and plenty choices breakfast. Nice reception staff! The sea side is very close!

HungaryPractically no noise insulation between room, so if you are unlucky to have loud neighbors, you hear everything. Small bathroom. Cleaning agent smell in the room (this could be easily improved making a big difference).
Excellent breakfast, a real Catalan treat worth a stay. Good (and free) parking, attentive staff, reasonable location. Nice and clean pool and garden.
