Location was a little too far to walk to center city. I booked two rooms was quoted a price and it was supposed to be for two couples. Upon arrival I was told that I had two rooms and then was asked to hand over passports. The check in person put my wife in one room and myself in the other ? When we gave them the other couples passport, I was told I only booked for singles. I would have to pay more? When I did the online booking, I booked a room for two and a second for two. I never have this is so when booking through Hilton

No tea and coffee making in the room. Most hotels provide this to take a coffee in the room.

The hotel is easy to find with two excellent underground car parks. The reception staff are friendly and efficient, The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. Having a drink in the bar is comfortable, The room is very good and the bed is very big and comfortable. We arrived at very short notice and the staff arranged for us to have a double room, which was difficult for them but completed

Carpark was extremely tight and we found it very awkward to get in and out with a slightly larger car.

Staff were extremely helpful (other hotels - take notice!) and were always pleasant. Room layout was excellent with bathroom and toilet area being separated by a frosted glass door. Location was slightly outside of the centre with lots of bus stops allowing easy access to the rest of the city. Breakfast staff were very helpful with advising on dietary requirements and the selection was varied

The location is not central, but the bus system works great!

Kudos to Eduardo! He was the beltboy, great customer service, he help us with the parking, luggage and gave us great recommendations on how to navigate Granada. The hotel is modern, clean, great rooms, and very good breakfast option!

I hope they will improve the offer in the restaurant to make it consistently good and correspondent to 4* hotel.

We especially would like to highlight the excellent client service of the hotel. We had bad experience with the restaurant (probably, because of a bad shift; I have no other guess, why one day the restaurant was exceptional; and the next day it was the worst experience one ever can imagine!). But the management of the hotel solved the issue in the best possible way, for which we are thankful. And this is the reason I feel the hotel does care about its clients.
