Perfect apartment with the perfect location, not right in the city centre and not in a touristy part, but still close enough to get to every major site by walking. We loved the terrace and didn't mind that the apartment was on the 6th floor because it was well worth it. The bed was a lot bigger than expected, also good communication with the host❤️Definetly would recommend this accomodation to everyone visiting Barcelona😊🌴

we were aware that there was no lift and that we were on the top floor but still found the stairs a bit of struggle, especially with luggage and carrying shopping up. couch wasn’t so comfortable and could have done with a bit of a clean as was stained/marked. although we didn’t need it, the balcony shade wouldn’t work when we met the management company rep and she tried to set it up/pull it out.

the space in general was good. the terrace was a nice spot to sit and enjoy a drink and the sunny weather. it may be nice to have 2 sun beds especially in the summer months if you wanted to chill and have a sunbathe (there was only one fold away lounging type chair that we didn’t use). living room was nice and spacious. bed was very comfy and the kitchen was a good size and had what we needed. if being picky, the apartment could have done with a paint to freshen it up a bit.

Location was very good; a few minutes walk to Urgell metro, or 20 minutes walk to Plaça de Catalunya / La Rambla. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet. Apartment is a great size - large living room and kitchen. It is also clean and very well-equipped: a fully-equipped kitchen (including toaster, kettle, washing up liquid, soap, condiments, etc.), along with iron, hair-dryer and other amenities. Beautiful terrace, which is also relatively private. The host of the property is excellent - they respond very quickly to messages, and are very helpful. Additional notes: - The double bed in the bedroom had two single duvets rather than a double duvet; not an issue, but rather curious. - One must be careful with the hot water; obviously the tank that holds the water is fairly small, since the hot water tends to run out after a couple of minutes in the shower; also, shower cubicle is very small. - The apartment is on the top floor, and there are a numerous flights of steps to reach the apartment (no lift), so one must be fairly fit and active. Overall, a great place to stay, and I would come back to this apartment the next time I was in Barcelona.

The bathroom was fine, only the shower was very narrow. For us this was not a problem, but for slightly bigger people it seems a bit narrow. The table in the dining room was old and worn and the sofa had a few dirty stains. The apartment is on the top floor, so getting to the top is a challenge every time. But we knew this in advance, so were prepared for this. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

The apartment was very spacious and had everything you needed. The bed is different from the pictures, a bit bigger than expected, which was very nice. The biggest asset of the apartment is of course the terrace. We were able to sit outside and have breakfast or lunch there, which was very pleasant if you wanted to escape the hustle and bustle of the city for a while. The location is very good, there are lots of supermarkets nearby and you are very close to the metro.

You should know that it is not the fifth floor. It’s equivalent to the seventh one since the first and second one is 0 and P. WITHOUT a lift! It was quite tough. Besides, it was cold inside (no insulation in the room and bathroom). There’s a AC/heater in the living room, but bedroom and bathroom were quite cold. There’s also a portable mini heater inside the bedroom, but it made burning smell after a certain time, so I was not able to use it. The length of blanket was kind of short that I cared not to put my feet out of it all the time, myself, not a tall person at all though. Even though they charged the cleaning fee in advance, they may not use it properly or did not clean the room (dirty oven and dusts every where). Not sure why they charged the cleaning fee. Overall, my experience was not that pleasant.
