Perfect location, metro station nearby, so it was very convenient to travel around the city. Very good kitchen equipment, we could prepare food here. Comfort bed and silence around, perfect place to sleep and rest. Apartments spacious, clean and you can find here everything you may need. This place is perfect for families 🙂

There was only one bathroom.

The host was very courteous and coordinated with us for check in. The building was upscale and there were shops and cafes nearby. The kitchen was well stocked up with utensils.

A fabulous place in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. It was extremely clean; had a great kitchen with all amenities we could need. Lightening speed WiFi; very sunny living room; comfy beds and totally quiet. Our host was so kind and helpful and gave us lots of tips on transportation, food and sites in Barcelona. We loved our stay.

Great location, very quiet apartment, close to do shopping (bakeries, cafes, grocery store) and central cultural points. Very comfortable for 4 people. I recommend and will definitely return to Via Augusta 153. :) Ansel, thanks for all your advices !

Everything was great. I don’t have any complains.

The location was perfect. You just get out of the apartment and in 30 seconds you’re at the metro and you’re just 3 short stations away by Placa Catalunya which is a node for all the other lines. The apartment is very clean. It also has a central heating system with a thermostat that you set and that is pretty rare in Barcelona..and important in January when it’s chilly. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Ansel is a great host. We will definetly come back at this apartment the next time we visit Barcelona.

محل آپارتمان هم نسبتا خوب بود ولی قیمت آپارتمان نسبت به بقیه آپارتمان ها بیشتر بود ولی. چون تمیزی اولویت اول بود این آپارتمان رو انتخاب کردیم. چراغ های خواب دو طرف تخت سوخته بود یا به علتی دیگه کار نمی کردن، ولی خوب به اندازه کافی چراغ بود.

من و همسرم و دو با دوتا بچه اواخر خرداد به مدت دو روز این آپارتمان اجاره کردیم. همون طور که تو نظر سنجی نوشته تمیزی و امکانات آپارتمان خیلی خوب بود. تمیز بودن روتختی و ملحفه ها و کل آپارتمان ، قرار دادن مواد شوینده مصرفی به اندازه کافی حتی بیشتر ازنیاز، تمام وسایل لازم برای اقامت بی دردسر رو از امتیازات این آپارتمان بود.، داشتن ماشین لباس شویی برای ما که بچه ی کوچیک داشتیم خیلی خوب بود. برخورد مدیر آپارتمان هم خوب بود و زمان ورود ما حدودا یک ساعتی وقت گذاشت و کامل نکات مهم استفاده از امکانات اپارتمان، محل خرید های نزدیک و اینکه چه طور ازوقتمون در دو روز استفاده کنیم رو توضیح داد. همین طور اماکن دیدنی رو روی نقشه توضیح داد. چون کارت اعتباری همراهمون نبود ایشون قبول کردن پول نقد بگیرن. در مجموع اقامت تو این آپارتمان رو توصیه میکنم.

everything was great, if I must say, it would be the location. it’s not in the center but one could reach the center in around 10 min with metro. it’s in a nice residential area

- sometimes the water heater in the kitchen makes noises that can be heard in the bedroom during nighttime (not a major concern since overall it is a suprisingly quiet place)

It would have been great to have coffee for the coffee machine. As it uses capsules which I don't at home, it would have been much easier to have those at ready. It should not be a problem with that high price for an apartment in Barcelona. Summer time it should not be a problem, but the gas heater is pretty loud when it's heating the radiators.

The apartman was well equipped and comfortable, even I did not use the those (washing machine etc) as I was on a business trip.

The bathroom and toilet are in the bedroom, so if somebody is sleeping in the living room, they have to go through the bedroom and risk waking the others up.

Very helpful and friendly host. The apartment is close to public transport and several supermarkets and bakeries. If you don't mind a bit of a walk, it takes about 30-40 minutes on foot to get to the main attractions such as Las Ramblas, Park Guell or La Sagrada Familia.

We enjoyed our trip.

It's a comfortable apartment in a nice friendly upmarket part of Barcelona. Suited more for a family looking for a quite safe area but still a short taxi ride away.

the WC and shower layout might might make it hard to share the apartment with people as it’s inside the bedroom and has glass doors, but me and my family were able to manage.

Host is amazing and very helpful, always there when you need him. it’s in a great location, 3 metro stops to downtown, metro station and bus stations around. AC was cold enough to make up for the hot weather outside. cozy and looks exactly like the pictures.

The sofa bed is slightly hard to sleep on. The stove is slow to heat up.

A domestic set up, with proper kitchen and washing machine and dryer. Only that the stove top is not very efficient on heating up the cooking pads. Air conditioning is very efficient. Overall this apartment is very convenient and comfortable for a family holiday.
