The short notice about the two pools being closed and renovated. It was inconvenient for us to have to pack a bag and stuff to go to a different site with kids. We should have been offered compensation of some sort, even a small amount. The third pool did not suit two of our kids. We did not relax the final 3 days around the pool as the kids needed constant help swimming in the deep pool.

The restaurant was so close to the accommodations, clean, very good menu, friendly staff and good value. The swimming pool was clean and lifeguards very good. Very safe complex.

There is nothing we didn't like. Apartments are basic. Would like the choice of a double room rather than twin beds. Sofa in lounge not very comfortable, could do with updating.

Cant be helped but its a bit far from the strip, we knew this as its our second stay, no hills tho fairly flat walk. Also we didnt book a balcony and id prefer it to a terrace.

There were no negatives regarding these apartments.

The apartment was clean and spacious, all staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment is in a quiet area 10 minute walk down to the main road next to the beach, would definitely go back to these apartments. Supermarkets near by.

The Apartment looked a little dated but comfortable. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Acuario Sol apartments and would stay there again.

I liked the location which was very quiet but only a 5 minutes walk to the main strip. There was also a small spar shop across the road which was very handy. The staff were very helpful and the apartment was very clean but looked a little dated. The pool area was very nice and spotlessly clean.

Nothing! I really cannot see how anyone could complain or dislike anything. There is absolutely no misrepresentation whatsoever in the branding overview.

This property exceeded our expectations. Absolutely all areas were spotlessly clean. The apartment we stayed in was really well equipped and again spotless. All staff members were friendly and came across as genuinely good people. From checkin to departure when the lovely lady who runs the cafe/bar organised a transfer to the airport for us, it was seamless and a lovely enjoyable stay. We only stayed 3 nights and mainly out and about but when we were there we purchased drinks and snacks and everyone was lovely. There was no pressure to purchase anything on site which made us want to ! The pool attendant worked tirelessly cleaning areas that were already spotless and also washed down sunbeds every evening ! She was so lovely saying hello etc but I feel compelled to say everyone worked just as hard to make everyone’s stay lovely. It was obvious they had repeat visitors by the welcomes they received which was lovely but again I am compelled to say that as first time visitors we got lovely warm vibes from everyone. If your looking for a super clean apartment with comfy beds and all the amenities an apartment offers look no further. Super great value and far exceeded the expectation for us.

You're not allowed to reserve sunbeds if you will not be staying put the moment you drop the towels the lady who guards the pool will move them, and absolutely no noise or anything tolerated around the pool, appreciate it is not a party hotel however may be a miss of some music etc.

The value for money on this property compared to other resorts in the Puerto Del Carmen area is brilliant, don't get me wrong it is not a 5* property by any means necessary however it was very clean, the pool was clean and all facilities around were, the restaurant and bar was good, no complaints with any food or drink or the price. The location is brilliant as it is just off the main strip so you miss all of the noise from that however is only a 5 minute walk to the 'front'

I love the apartment and the complex. It's clean, tidy, and only around 5 min walk to the strip. Awesome 👌 Tina and Rubin always look after me, who runs the bar, and food. Lovely couple and family ❤️ I'm back again in May.

Some of the apartments could do with a little updating, over bath showers with shower curtains are a bit old at this stage.
