The furnishings and kitchen ware can use some upgrade

Location was great, few steps to the waterfront, cafes, restaurants, shops, mercadona was across the street. Mattresses were comfortable enough, pillows on the other hand a bit lumpy. Overall good stay, central but quiet location. Hard to find street parking, but hotel provides parking for 7€ per day.

Accommodation prices are sky rocketing in Tenerife and it is difficult to find value for the money. Compared overall the apartment was value for the money. But little bit rusted.

´There is not possible to park car somewhere close for free, everything was full all the time. We did not want to pay 7€ per day for parking.

Apartment was basic, but it was enought for one week stay, Very good price for a normal flat. Receptionists were very nice, pool was also good.

The parking is not free. I would recommend you to booked it in advance. The garage no. 3 is for small cars.

the wifi didn’t work at all and there was a really really bad smell coming from the shower that would sleep into the rest of the apartment. no air conditioning so we had the doors open the whole time and flies would come in

Furniture might looks a bit old. Not old, just a bit. But who cares if you pay half price in Puerto.

It should have at least 9/10 and its beacuse i always compare quality to money. Location is most important for me, and its perfect with connection to Loro "train", big supermaket, great cheap restaurant and promenade. Recepetion is ready to give you all important information, room is clean and spacious + enough of kitchen equipment. Cheap acc with very good price

It was hard to make breakfast without a toaster. No microwave was also difficult. Beds a bit hard.

I enjoyed the quiet of the flat and the nice terrace which was sunny from late morning till about 2pm. very helpful staff.

Being asked for more money for our sons one night stay! We booked the apartment for 4 adults and he was there 1 night as the 4th adult!

The hotel is very old, both the furniture and the building (like there was a little hole in one of our windows). Microwave ovens are sorely missing. Pool is small and old (but clean). The lower parking lot is not usable by larger cars, if you come with a big one tell them in advance and reserve a spot in the upper one. (Couldn't park with a Dacia Lodgy)

The staff is very kind, the place was clean, rooms are spacious, location was great for us (we attended a wedding nearby), it's near the center. Has it's own parking which is needed as it's near impossible to find a parking place, except for the very pricy garage at the shopping mall . Good value overall

Only issue we had is that internet was not working for us. We could connect to it, but there was not internet access. We contacted reception a couple of times and they said they would check it, but it didn't work for us in the 4 days we stayed there. Besides that, everything else was great.

Hot water runs out after 5mins then you have to wait 30mins for another 5min shower. Kitchen needs better utensils and cutlery.

Internet in our room was very weak and practically not useable. Extremely slow if I managed to connect. Not sure if this was due to the location or because too many guests using it. However, we used our mobile data which was far better. Pool opening time from 10am to 6pm meant pool was not available for an early morning swim. No basic ingredients like salt, pepper or oil in kitchen.

24h reception. Short work to seaside, touristic areas, restaurant and shopping. Parking available (at extra cost). Kitchen with basic utensils, hob, oven and fridge.

Location, views and size of apartment

A great location.100 metres from the sea and views of mount Teid. The apartment was large with a good balcony. The only down side was the fixtures and fittings were a bit tired and dated.
