Didn’t dislike anything about the property Only thing is I felt it was a bit tired looking and needed paintwork freshened.

No rubbish bags for waste, no tea towel for drying dishes, plug-in bedroom would not take adapter could have done with socket next to sofa bed.

Veiw from penthouse breath taken, Staff very professional and happy,Rooms spotless and with all the facilities you need cooker,fridge,microwave,air-conditioning,TV. Supermarket just around the corner. Fantastic bar/restaurant attached to building.

The apartment layout could have been better couldn't watch TV properly it was on the wardrobe unit

Nothing really. You could always look for higher quality furnishing but this was excellent value and the furniture was appropriate to the cost. We'd certainly use these appartment again.

The flat is fitted out in a basic style but it was spotless and everything (sofas beds etc) was very comfortable, It had everything we wanted (especially a kettle for the British!). The shower and bathroom were prefectly adeequate. There were even serviettes on the table. The balcony was a highlight. It had a table and chairs and windows you could open and close you could sit and enjoy the view irrespective of the weather. The location was superb. The beach was on the other side of the road and promenade so it was a quick stroll onto the beach. This is at one end of the Poniente beach so you could walk along the sea front for a couple of miles. This is a more peaceful beach than the Levante beach which has all the bars and entertainment. There's also a supermarket within a 5-minute stroll. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and looked after our luggage until check-in time.

Not enough sockets for adapters. Room antiquated. Had to keep refreshing towels ourselves. Bedding not changed throughout stay. We're told towels would be changed 3days. If you need attend desk. Which we did. Bedding was to be changed at 7 days. Not one person attended to change.

The location was fine. Just in middle of where we wanted. View was fantastic

Lifts were a little slow. Room was not cleaned for entire weeks stay, and bin had no liner. You also had to take used towels to reception to be changed.

Great location for the old town with amazing view of the sea, and spacious balcony. Comfortable room with good self catering facilities.

To enable Wi-Fi I don’t honk you should have to give your passport number to log in with. Other personal information , within minutes of logging in I had a scam phone call !

The apartment was spacious just about ever You needed was there except iron . The shower was powerful and always hot water . The balcony was great with such a beautiful view

My room had 2 beds slotted into some kind of wall unit which had a dividing panel with spotlights above it. Maybe the purpose of this design is to allow one person to read in bed without disturbing the other person. I was there on my own so it did not affect me. Just a minor observation as I don't remember seeing that privacy screen by the pillows before.

I had a studio on floor 2 with a neat little kitchen and bathroom near the entrance. It was bright and airy with a sunny balcony overlooking Poniente beach. Lovely views of the tree lined promenade and sea. The kitchen had a fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, cooking rings and sink. There was air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, and TV in my room too. Very close to all the shops, bars, cafes and restaurants of Benidorm Old Town. Being on a low floor, I had a birds eye view of all the lovely food and drinks being served at Fresh Urban Gastro Bar below. Cafe Refuel is close by and the Pato Laqueado Chinese a bit further along.
