Our door was a nightmare to lock and open. Reception had to come and open it a few times. Our safe didn't work but reception sent someone round to fix it on the 2nd day.

Reception staff were very helpful at all times. The room was basic but big and we slept well. The pool area was great with music playing throughout the day and the food was OK too. We were on the ground floor and felt secure at all times. Overall happy with the price we paid.

Check in staff was not skilled. Kept waiting beyond 3pm and tactfully offered a room of inferior quality than what I actually booked. She was too rude to refuse the category room I booked simply by saying its overbooked. Fortunately her superior intervened and given us the room we booked and found it was well available. Room AC was not working on first day- second day it was repaired.

Room size was good enough with sea view from balcony.

So no real shade, so bring an umbrella. Pool was good and there was a chilled good vibe around the pool. The little cafe was good with pints on tap. Food was alright with choices between junk/health food

The balcony door was broken and it was quite difficult to open and close it. Seems like the guests used it a lot and because it is a cheap door it was broken easily before. We asked to fix it the same day and the next day a repairman came, checked everything and told us that it's out of his competence and skills (obviously) and promised to call a special windows installing company. They could come in a few days but it was already out of our stay.

The stuff was really friendly especially a reception girl Chiara who were extremely friendly and supportive.

The staff at the hotel were superb. I dealt with 3 girls at reception who were all exceptional. The are a credit to the hotel.

Check in took way too long upto 20 minutes 20 EUR deposit to get an iron is a bit extensive Lock on door is a pain and hard to lock the door Bed sheets are uncomfortable and run down, unclear why the hotel can’t invest some money in getting proper sheets Hotel isn’t modern and quite bed sit motel like

Close to the bars etc in San Antonio and also the beach, great location Rooms were spacious, much more room to get ready in comparison to other hotels nearby such as Wiki Woo Pool area and pool were big showers were fine and rooms seemed clean

The A/C in one of my friend's rooms did not work on the first night, but it was rectified on the second night

My room was of good size, however, for my friends, some of their rooms were much smaller for the same price. But, the two rooms were booked at different times

Very Close to the beach , high street. Nice swimming pool. Towels changed every day.

The loud younger guests in the late hours. The person working at the reception tried his best to remind people about the sound regulations but sometimes there were just to many of them to be able to controle. A big thumbs up for the people working there. Thnx so much guys.

It was a small room with just enough space to move around. It seemed bigger in the pictures. The friendly guy at the reception was a marvelous dude who was very service driven and happy to help with anything. Thnx for that.
