Could have had a few more touches to help travellers in their self catering: Pepper/salt, kitchen paper, bigger coffee maker that matches the capacity of the apartment. We had this almost everywhere else available!

Good location, easy parking, quiet. Comfortable beds. 2 bathrooms and toilets. Good for self-catering catering. Very close to the village centre for groceries, bakery, bars and restaurants.

You can hear quite a lot of noise from other apartments, which disturbed my sleep. The bed is two singles pushed together. Not much equipment in the kitchen.

Nice, super clean and light apartment, good central location in Las Arenas.

The apartment is in a great location, in a small mountain village with a charming atmosphere, close to cafes and small shops (you'll need a car to get to the supermarket), but the building is at the end of a quiet street with ample parking. We had a bit of a mix-up when picking up the keys (after 9:00 PM) because it turned out someone had already checked into our apartment – it wouldn't have been a problem if the staff had spoken even a little English. Fortunately, we found a gentleman who called reception on our behalf, explained the situation in Spanish, and obtained keys to another apartment. Everything was handled quite quickly, but contacting them on our own wouldn't have been easy. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Ours had a small terrace with a table and chairs.

Towels weren't of great quality. Missing a few details (e.g kitchen roll/another bin bag. The photo of outdoor seating on booking is misleading - there is no outdoor terrace or place to sit outside. No place to dry clothes either - there is a clothes maiden but the clothes don't dry inside. No smart TV. You have to keep the windows closed at night otherwise it's really noisy and there are mosquitoes in summer. They should be clearer about the availability of parking - there is plenty of free parking in the area but we ended up paying unnecessarily for underground parking. The check in process is laborious. Very long messages about pets - irrelevant to our stay. It's fine - just felt a bit sterile.

Clean, good-sized apartment. Well equipped with the basics. Good location for visiting the Picos de Europa area. The toaster didn't work and they changed it quickly.

Although there is an apartment / office dedicated to the administration of the apartments, which says it is open from 16:00, we never found anyone to be present. Fortunately, our questions could be answered via the given phone number.

Arenas is a great little town close to the national park and the apartment is located on a quieter street with easy access to shops and restaurants. Five to 15 minutes walking and you've covered the main road of the village, but it's worth it to take your time and explore the back streets. The apartment was bigger than we expected and therefore very good value. The kitchen is well equipped and the rooms are spacious.

Check in information was confusing. Despite doing online check in in advance, and the booking confirmation saying we would get key instructions after doing online check in, we didn't receive any information about how to get the keys. We had no response to messages, phone calls or WhatsApps until 30minutes before check in, which caused some stress on route to the apartment.

Spacious and spotless apartment which had everything we needed and great views. Really handy for walking around Arenas town with a big public car park right behind it for parking. We spent 4 nights here and really enjoyed it.

As there are no air conditions you have to keep opened windows. So all the noise frow outside wakes you up during night. Noise from neighbours also did not allow to rest.

Key collection was a little vague. Good job we spotted some lock boxes chained to window railings outside the property quite quickly and luckily the code we had been provided with matched the first one we tried. Slow response regarding how to access the parking area. Our apartment was on the ground floor and the bathroom was wheelchair accessible. However, the shower curtain was not long enough to keep the water within the intended area which led to water flooding the floor which was quite dangerous.

It was a great base from which to explore Los Picos De Europa. Accommodation was comfortable, no frills but had everything we needed plus great to be able to park our large vehicle at no cost.

There were no extras like shower gel, shampoo etc which would have been nice, and only one toilet roll per bathroom for 3 nights. Also the communication wasn’t great - we had a question about check in and didn’t get a reply.

Great location, comfy beds, good lounge area. Apartment clean and safe. All the basics you need for a good stay.

No kettle provided to make tea. The noise from other apartments carries easily so it is noisy on the weekends when many people visit. We also weren't left with any soap, or much toilet paper which wasn't ideal for 4 nights.

Very good location for visiting the area and the hiking trails, close to the centre of town and easy parking. The flat is large and has space to spread out for a few days stay.

The oven tripped the power supply in the house, which was easily fixed thanks to our host, but we couldn't use the oven without tripping the power. We also weren't left with any soap, or much toilet paper which wasn't ideal for 5 nights.

We liked the apartment, very clean and very spacious. Nice bathroom and bed. The kitchen is also good. You have a stove and oven, fridge and implements to cook with. We really loved having a washing machine, especially as we did a few walks. The place is in a lovely location, 3 minute walk to bus stop and 9 minutes from grocery store. The apartment itself has a really nice feel, very comfortable. The view around the town is lovely. I recommend this place if you are visiting.

The communication is only in Spanish - long messages with house rules, pets rules, need to complete online check-in to be able to receive code for the keybox, etc. I have a basic command on Spanish, but it was slightly overwhelming. We booked last minute and were arriving in the evening after a full day of hiking Ruta del Cares, the hosts informed us via Whatsapp that there would be nobody anymore "in the office" and required us to send them our credit card details via Whatsapp, otherwise we would not get access to the apartment. I felt uncomfortable with such request, but we complied (what else can you do ?). The next day after checkout, we received a message that they were unable to charge our card and asked us to send them another. We returned to the building, found members of the staff at the reception, and offered to pay cash, which they refused. Ultimately they managed to produce a card terminal and we were able to pay on the spot. After our departure, I received a message from Booking that our stay was cancelled by the host, which is odd. The apartment is good, all turned out OK, but the whole experience was a bit mixed. Sending your credit card details via text message does not feel like a safe payment option.

The apartment was nice & clean, pretty spacious, walking distance. We got a ground floor, quiet street, no views. We stayed one night, we did not mind. Overall good base for hiking.

Really minor items that took us from a 10 to a 9 (so still really lovely apartment). Would have have liked a kettle, oven dish, coat hooks in hall way. Teflon on new pans also coming off a bit (perhaps better to have a plastic spatula). Shower hose needs replacing and shower curtain rail a little flimsy.

The location was perfect. Very clean and comfortable apartment, perfect for our 4 night stay. Beds an linen really good. Clear instructions and helpfu to have new sponge and cloth.

Since it was on the ground floor it was quite exposed when you opened the windows (but the streets are quiet anyway)

The apartment was very spacious, with most of what you would need and definitely all the essentials. Although it was self-checkin the staff were very responsive on the app and over the phone.
