Photos were taken a long time ago! Could do with some TLC - Cracked hob, wonky shelves and cupboard doors. Towels and sheets were clean but their were hairs in bath tub and food splashed on walls in hall.

We were apprehensive when we first drove up to the complex. it is situated in a high rise residential area There is graffiti on the exterior of the building and some youths hanging around the reception area, which was unmanned. The area didn't feel safe but on checking with staff, were assured it was. We experienced no negativity and were able to walk around the neighborhood with our dog without incident. There is a bakery directly across the road and numbers places to eat.

We were pleasantly surprise with the accommodation comprising kitchen, sofa, b/room, bathroom & entrance hall. Nice view from living area & B/room.

Easy checking, communication with the host prior to arrival was good. Location for us was great as this was a stop over and close to our main route. Great park for walking our dog close by and really handy having a small kitchen after a long days drive.

You have to pay for wifi access although the mobile data reception is excellent so you probably won't need it. As the apartments are in a block in a spanish city they are a bit noisy if you are used to quiet.

The apartments are easily accessible from the motorway and pet friendly which was the main thing for us. We were able to park right outside and there's good access to shops, bars etc. The apartment is a decent size and has everything you could need for cooking etc.

The apartment was absolutely fine but a dishcloth and instructions on how to use the hob would have been helpful. Our only problem was having been told where to go to find a restaurant, we walked round and round and never found even one!! We discovered when we left the following morning that there was a pizzeria but in the totally opposite direction. Disappointing after a 6 hour drive..

The kitchen was really underequipped- it was basically unusable in some regards with basic things not there- like not having a proper knife, no cleaning supplies, no chopping board, no kettle etc. We could hardly use the kitchen because of this and really struggled to make food. Would be great if they would put a few dollars more into having all the essentials and some things like salt so that the nice kitchen could be used. Also it looked like it said free parking but once I booked it said 15euro so watch out for that.

Great sized apartment for the price, lovely to have a proper living room and full-sized kitchen. The Bedroom was comfortable and everything was clean.

We live in the Baix Ebre area of Catalunya, and always stop off in Vitoria when heading back to the port of Santander.. We chose the apartment , based on location, size and previous reviews. A very warm welcome from staff on reception. We would thoroughly recommend these apartments , they’re are spacious, comfortable, bathrooms are well appointed with excellent shower pressure and plenty of hot water. TV and free WiFi . The rest of the apartment was not that clean. I found some dirty spots and hair in the ‘clean’ bed. lot of dust and dirty kichen pan. In addition we had a lot of noise and drunken people outside the building who kept us awake. No airconditioning

Bathrooms were not sanitized and clean in none of the 3 rooms.Bathtubs had dry soap and toilets... .There was dust, cobwebs and dirt everywhere u looked in the appartment.Pillows are as old as the building and we even found blood stains on one of the pillowcases.Some folks rent long term and we were unlucky to have very noisy neighbors.If you're staying one night,you're fine but look elsewhere if you can't overlook hygiene.I must say we stayed at Irenaz appts in San Sebastian and they had amazing location and facilities, obviously for a much higher rate, that is.As stated? an ok place for a night but not for much more.We're seasoned travelers and not picky at all.

The apartment was not properly cleaned. Oil stains in the kitchen’s wall. The furnitures in the kitchen had rest of oil and fat. The floor was not clean, amounts of dust and hairs everywhere in the floor. I think that the furnitures were not very old, but completely damaged. The ceramic hob was broken.

The apartment was big enough. and the decoration was good too, but in the other hand, the furnitures are damaged and dirty. The location is not central but the tram is very closed. We were travelling with a dog and you had a great park next to the apartment to walk with our dog
