No plugs near the bed. You cannot charge your phone without unplugging bedlight. And if you chagre phone is then unreach-/use able. Window cannot not be reached easily. Noisy tv and loud talking people in neighbour rooms till midnight including a dog! No phone connection to reception desk so every time I went downstairs from 3rd floor. Reception did not take it very seriously. Said they would come up within 5 minutes but nothing. Had to go 4 times etc Next day same issue, did not went down anymore. Should be taken seriously and structural protocol.

The walls are not really sound-proof and you can hear all sorts of noises from the corridor and other rooms. We were lucky that all oir neighbours were very polite:)

Very good location: close to the metro station and a supermarket. Quiet and clean. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. In the kitchen, you have all you need to stay for a week or so.

I could not reach my colleague by phone. I called the reception (conserje) to pass me to his room, that the rooms have no landline phone, then I asked please the conserje to check the room if he was okay, but he declined to do.

Since the building is old, the sockets are a bit sparce and not ideal.

The location is great. The building is just 2 min walk from the metro station of Diego de Leon, in a vibrant area with great restaurants and bakeries. The staff was nice and small issues were sorted promptly. The apartments are equipped with kitchen basics (cutlery, pans, pots, soap...). Our friends were accommodated on the second floor of the building, where the apartments have been just renovated and look stunning and super modern.

The walls were quite thin so could hear pretty much everything from those around you.

Good location. Come and go as you please. Nice staff. Spacious rooms with good storage. Supermarket right next door that’s open till 11pm. Metro is literally right across the street.

There was some street noise but if we kept the windows closed, it wasn't too bad. A fan in the bathroom would be nice.

The kitchen had everything we needed with a microwave, stovetop, and dishes. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large. The front staff was very friendly and helpful. Some very good cafes nearby.

Photo is different to room had a double not two single beds, no hot water last day. Lift stopped working one morning, Quite noisy and old dated apartment and furniture.

There was nothing I didn't like. I think the only thing is that there was no cutlery or a pan if I wanted to cook anything, but that wasn't a big deal for me.

I loved it! It was a great place to stay, and I loved that my room had a balcony, kitchen area with a fridge and bath. It was very clean and I felt relaxed and like at home. It was nice and quiet too where my room was. It has a big swimming pool, but it wasn't open as it wasn't summer. The location was great and it was easy to get to the sites, airport etc. Shops are also nearby, so you don't have to go far if you want to buy things such as food, toiletries etc.

Room was not the same as in pictures (was expecting 2 twin beds, got one double). Furniture seemed cramped for the space.

My room was cleaned three times durning my stay. I was not happy that someone entered the room on multiple occations without my permission. Bath was incredible small. Didn't offer coffee of tea.

Comfortable room and bed, little kitchennette with all reqiured utensals for cooking and eating. Location was ok, still far from the city center, I had no idea how big Madrid was. Located directly next to a supermarket and lots of bar, fast food and shops in the area. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Metro and mini markets are pretty much next door. Staff are so helpful. I strongly recommend this place.
