The apartment is perfectly located, in the old center, 1 minute walking distance from the central market, shops and restaurants. It's clean, perfect for 4 people, the kitchen is well equipped, and the beds are comfortable.

The keysafe buttons were very difficult to get to engage (& not double engage) -took maybe 10 attempts to get into the safe which was a bit stressful! The area of the apartment & parking is now in a restricted zone for cars making the drive a little complicated - but the host gave us clear instructions. We had a problem with the kettle tripling the electrics, the host got us a replacement kettle the same day but this didn’t fix the issue.

Valencia is a fantastic city to visit. The central location & size of the apartment. The underground car park being close by. The table & chairs on the balcony (over the street). The size & comfort of the bed. Fitted kitchen including dishwasher.

It was a bit difficult to access the keys - it´s an old safe and the buttons keep repeating as you press them but we did get in eventually. The sofa was a bit grim and uncomfortable, i was glad neither of us was sleeping on it.

The location was perfect, beds were comfortable and the apt had a small supply of coffee, tea and water. Everything was very clean.

.The location was great and we found it easily thanks to the clear directions provided by the host. Access information was sent to us in advance on the day of our arrival. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and just as it appeared in the images on Booking.com. Overall, we had a lovely city break and would definitely recommend staying here.

The sofa bed is really uncomfortable, so the sleep quality was not great. The apartment is not very cozy and pretty cold in winter.

The location is fabulous, you're minutes away from Valencia sights. It's relatively easy to unload your luggage for such a central location, even though you cannot park next to the property, the road is wide enough to stop for some time. The apartment is located in a dedicated building, so it feels quite safe. There's everything you need, enough blankets and towels, dishes etc. The apartment is spacious and can easily accommodate a family of 3 or 4. Communication with the hosts is great, they were very easy-going and responded quickly to messages.

The smell of cleaning products when you enter the apartment was overpowering. We had to open the windows to let the smells out! Having to wait until 4:00 p.m. to get the key!

The only two small problems were the beds that were a little hard and the shower that was small.

Arancha was an amazing lady helping us drive in and where to go. The apartment was large and in a lovely area.

I was greeted by an overpowering smell from those nasty air freshener sticks, on arrival, which required opening all doors and windows to dissipate (these were probably remaining after the summer sewer smell which prevails in the city). This is only a minor thing though - the offending air fresheners were stuffed in a cupboard for the remainder of my stay.

Location is excellent - in the old town, a 2 minute walk from the Mercat Central. The apartment is basic, but has all required facilities. It is also a quiet building, despite its central location.

The square can get noise from passing people at night. The kitchen needs more cups (mugs) pls as only one so insufficient. Didnt locate a plug for the bath.

Checked in early, which was really helpful.The apartment is a great size and nicely located. The staff were very helpful and quick to resolve an issue with the lock. The double aspect balconies in the bedroom and throughout the flat are fabulous. The sofa bed was large and comfy. Nice powerful shower and lots of hot water. The location was a minute walk to the mercado and main squares.. Great value, would recommend.

The walls were a bit thin! If coming by car, the drive in is a bit intense during rush hour...

Such a great location, perfect for exploring the centre. The manager was very helpful and got us everything we needed. Supermarket just down the road and a well-equipped kitchen.
