Beds were ok. Only just comfortable. Kitchen was not fully equipped to make a family meal.

Curtains didn't pull across properly; soaps in the shower weren't labelled; dining space a bit cramped.

All arrangements went to plan, and were clearly explained. Facilities clean and modern. Close enough to be able to use the pool and facilities at the neighbouring Flora apartment block, but with a great mountain view on the quieter side of the block. Washing up liquid and soaps provided. Helpful staff and friendly, efficient cleaners.

Well equipped. Easy going. Good location. Staff at reception in the Flora, where the administration is done, were excellent and very helpful. Parking outside the building was in the street directly outside. Calm area.

Location, westerly facing balcony for evening sun. The management and staff were top class and could not have been more helpful to our requests.

Duvet sheets/cover slightly dirty and felt unclean.

Location is great, easy to drive to other places. Free street parking nearby. Apartment has everything you need - plates, small fridge, cooking utensils. Walking distance to the centre.

The studio apartment on the ground floor has nice terrace and garden view. Parking spoton the street was free and was easy to find, but bear in mind it was an off peak season. The bathroom and shower is all good. Very tight space around the bed, you must shuffle to pass through. The kitchenette is big enough to cook breakfast, but it lacks a lot of kitchen utensils. The AC has mind of its own, but once it gets going it does the job. Good value for Mallorka's standards.

Unfortunately one member of staff declined us a later check out without really listening. We had a night flight and had to vacate room at 12. Fortunately for my daughter who had 2 yr old she went at change of shifts to another lafy who granted them late check out no problem. Our apartment was overlooked for cleaning and on day 5 I went to reception and on return to my room it was done. So 2 issues resolved.

Due to apartments being part of Aparthotel Flora we had keys that allowed us to use all gates to/from Flora and to use all favilities. Our daughter son in law and grandson were there. Fantastic location and very short walk to beach, marina and square.

Cleaners were v poor. Left the door open the first time they cleaned. Left only 2 towels for 3 the second time. Didn’t clean at all the 3rd time. Minor disappointment in an overall great stay but they were v poor!!

Great location. More than enough space for 2 adults and 1 5 year old. Access to Flora was really easy, we used the pool there most days and our 5 year old son loved it. Massol itself was very quiet but ideal if you prefer a more relaxed stay

Mattress covers were not changed when we arrived. They were solid and had hairs on them.

Only criticism is that the hob didn’t work properly and it took a really long time to heat anything on it, it wasn’t easy to cook our own food there for that reason.

Quick and easy check in and the receptionist walked us to the apartment right away. It was spacious, comfortable with easy access to the quiet pool. Air con was excellent and the apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a self catering stay. Would highly recommend!

The only thing I would prefer would be the buffet type evening meal but that’s just personal choice. The food was lovely- in fact only had dessert twice because my meals were rather filling.

The staff were helpful and friendly and happy. The property was very clean and had everything you would need to self cater. We had half board but would probably consider just breakfast in future as the evening meal was a set menu choice and could be paid for on the day. We actually ate out a couple of nights so pay as you go would be good for us.

The apartment was clean, spacious and ideal for a short break to Puerto Pollensa. Stayed here for four nights. Location is towards the back end of town but just a couple of hundred meters from the beach and Pine walk area. Spar shop within 100m. Views across to the mountains (there is school in front of the apartments but this didn't spoil the view). Short walk down to the sea front and about 5 - 10 mins to the town square. Nice clean pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Key pick up is at the Flora Apartments reception about 100m around the corner. All in all a very nice apartment for the money and recommended.

Didn’t like always having to lock and unlock the door to apartment. would prefer keycard entry and a door that automatically locks.

Great location. Rooms are renovated and spotlessly clean. Very quiet location but a stones throw from the seafront.

Although it started off well the cleanliness of the appartment was not kept up toward the end of the holiday. The bin wasn't emptied and the floor not cleaned properly towards the end of the second week..

The hotel staff were friendly & helpful, the appartment was comfortable in a nice location and it looked to have been recently refurbished and we received the mountain view appartment we requested. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the views of the mountains.
