Oven would have been nice, only a hob. Bought some pizzas first night and had to microwave them. They did not taste good Lol. However, that was our fault for not checking first. Bit of noise from neighbouring apartments (toilets flushing etc) but wasn’t really a big deal.

Gorgeous view. Room was spacious, modern & clean. We booked a studio room so separate kitchen was pleasant surprise.

There was a bit of maintenance going on which wasn’t a huge issue, and we couldn’t extend our stay for a few hours until the shuttle collected up but that was because they were full and they apologised for this.

Location was a bit far for out but it was lovely and quiet and the views were spectacular

The room got very cold at night (we were there at the start of March), though, we luckily were saved by the AC. Would have appreciated "proper" blankets, not just thin sheets. Not only due to the cold but also for general comfort.

Amazing location just a few minutes from the beach, whereas the view can also be enjoyed from the balcony. You can easily reach the (big) supermarket, coffee shops, and restaurants by foot, and it's also close to the bus stop. The receptionist who handed us the keys was super friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed that apart from a physical copy of the keycard, they have an app where you can easily open the door, along with the main door. The overall apartment was fresh and had the basic needs such as cutlery, microwave, kettle, etc. The only things missing were oil and spices for cooking. Downstairs, there is a common area offering some games - such as pool (for 1 euro per game) and darts - plus a vending machine for basic drinks and beer.

Front door sticks. Fire alarm went off during the night. Nobody on site to turn it off. Electric lock on the front door didn't cut off during fire alarm. Fire brigade didn't appear either. Even though the alarm went on for half an hour.

Only complaint was no slope to wheel luggage down so pretty difficult for a small built female to lift a case up and down several steps to reception. Coaches cannot drop you off or pick up so a bit of a walk ,if you struggle as I did I'd recommend a taxi. On arrival I was dumped on the corner of a street in the dark with no clue where to go. Fortunately I met a couple who were staying there and showed me how to find the apartments,if it hadn't been for them I'd have been in a muddle! Not what you want after travelling all day. The coach issue is not the hotels fault I may add.

Beautiful sea view from balcony though had originally read it was 50 meters from beach I'd say it was a bit further and they don't mention it's down a hill with steep steps and no handrail! Other than this cannot fault apartment or location as it's in the quiet end of benidorm.

Only being picky but could have done with another bathroom for 6 people. Also a mirror in each bedroom would have been handy and enough chairs for all to sit outside on the balcony comfortably.

Great communication via what’s app prior to arrival. Staff friendly. Great quiet location, near to the beach, shops and restaurants. Only a short distance to the livelier benidorm centre.

You have to pay the car park. And it has 100€ deposit before you check in. There was a time that we went back to our room at 23:30 (night) the elevator isn't working.

The apartment is near the beach. It's clean and the bed is very comfortable. Only the toilet needs to be clean a little bit more, it has a black mold on the wall.There's a little kitchen where you can cook. The staff are good too.

Housekeeping a bit hit and miss. Had an issue with the smoke alarm continuously flashing above the bed. Receptionist did try to resolve the issue, but problem was still unresolved when I checked out a week later.

The parking is expensive, it costs 20 euros for one day. Out of the season (to the end of june), you can park in the parking next to the beach, it's free and there are plenty of places. We were in Benidorm at the end of june.

The apartment is in a great location right above the beach. Sea view with a beautiful terrace to enjoy the view. It is clean and has everything you need for a nice vacation with your family. The staff at the reception is ready to help with anything you need. The apartment is in a quiet part of Benidorm and not far from the shopping center where you can find a lot of interesting shops.

It is in a quieter part of Benidorm. There was a bus stop just round the corner cost 3 euros for both of us to get to old/new town. The beach is beautiful and the view is amazing, 2 minute walk to beach down the stairs.

Stairs to main door with heavy luggage was difficult on your own. Amenities could have been improved as very basic but was fine for the duration of my stay
