Would have been nice to have a way to light the stove as it's gas, but no way to light it. We happened to have a lighter on our motorbike, so we were okay.

You do not pick up the keys at the building, so as long as you know that, you'll be okay. There is no soap or kitchen clothes or towels, so make sure to take your own.

There’s no instructions regarding check in, there’s no soap or shampoo provided (not mentioned anywhere) and the only shop doesn’t sell any either, no cleaning equipment in the kitchen…THERE’s NO A/C and no fans, it was really hard to sleep with all the windows wide open and still being hot

It was off putting that no one answered any of my emails or phone calls before I arrived. No other property does that….. Also it would be convenient to have stronger Wi-Fi, even in the public areas. I did not understand that there were no sponges, dish cloths, dish liquid, or even matches to use the gas stove. ❓⁉️❓

The location was perfect, being able to view a part of the mountain. It was a blessing to have an entire apartment to live in for 4 nights. The beds were fine and everything was clean.

Parking, location of the apartments and where to pick up the keys were confusing. You do have to walk a fair way from your car to get to where you stay. Parking is done with all the rest of the day visitors, but they do give you a discount on parking once you check in. The hotel, apartments and hostel are all run by the same reception desk up at the hotel, so that's where you pick the keys up. Finally, the phone number given was not working so we spent a bit of time trying to actually find where to go. These could be improved.

The location is great, and staying overnight let's you see the monastery at quiet times. The apartment was fairly well equipped (minus dishwashing equipment), comfortable and clean.

The walls are really thin and the noise from other flats and from outside was particularly annoying. But we still slept really good.

The flat is spatious and its position is perfect for accessing the Monastery and any hiking trail. The flat is equipped with most of the stuff, just a cutting board was missing. The price is very good for what it is.

If you need hand soap or dishwashing items you need to take them with you or buy them from the supermarket below the building. Also, it would be helpful to have instructions in the apartment as to what to do with the sheets, towels and rubbish at check out, please.

Excellent location, right in the heart of the Monastery complex. Spacious and clean apartment. All the staff are very helpful (please note check in is at the hotel not the apartment) and the restaurant in the hotel is a beautiful space with a lovely ambience.

The web site grossly misrepresented its location - placing the apartment down in The town of Montserrat instead of on top of the mountain at the monastery. A local citizen, really an angel, befitting our destination,. Helped us immensely. Why management doesn't correct this is a mystery. We weren't the first to undergo this immensely frustrating experience.

The address on the confirmation email was for a place 40 minutes away. As we drove towards it I noticed the discrepancy and called the number but it was an automated message in Spanish. There were no directions about where to go or pick up the key. Thank goodness a security guard at the monastery let us know we needed to check in at a different hotel. One other thing- there was no hand soap, dish soap or sponge or brush for washing dishes.

The unit had a kitchen with gas cooktop but nothing was provided to light the gas and were weren't informed that we would need to bring something to light it. So the only option was to buy a lighter at the shop below for an outrageous 2.75euro. There was nothing to enable washing dishes or cleaning up in the kitchen; no dish liquid, no sponge, no dish brush. The advertising we read stated 'fully equipped'
