The restaurant lacked atmosphere. I wouldn't have wanted to eat there every night, even though we'd paid to be half board we chose to eat out most nights.

Spacious apartment with lovely balcony. Pool was lovely and location was right in the heart of the action. Wifi and TV entertainment excellent.

Small issue of a tree grown directly outside bedroom window so blocking any view or natural light! Good view from the balcony though.

Very close to loads of bars, restaurants and the beaches. Very well equipped kitchen, with juicer, taoster and coffee maker, even a dishwasher and washing machine and all the dishwasher tablets and washing pods you could need. Big balcony with table and chairs and a comfy sun lounger. Heated pool so perfect for swimming, plenty of sun loungers.

Clean, well presented and fantastic facilities. Massive bonus laundry room complete with iron. Luggage room for the last day. Cleaning staff were incredible and so very friendly. A lovely bottle of wine on arrive was the perfect addition.

The hot food wasn't very hot, but it wasn't a big deal to us, there was a microwave that you could use to heat stuff up in.

Stayed here with my mum and nan for a week in February, we all thought the hotel was great! Fantastic location, supermarket right next door, lots of bars and restaurants and beaches all within a short walk. All staff we met were friendly and the place was kept very clean. The beds very comfy, the rain shower was nice and powerful and we loved sitting out on the balcony. There was lots of choice at breakfast, which was served from 8:00am-10:00am, It was also nice to see milk alternative options, they had oat and soya. If you want to travel outside the area there is a bus stop and taxi rank right outside.

Stairs only, no lifts, so you need to specify if you want / need ground floor. We opted for top floor for views and away from the main road which could be noisy at night.

Apartment 127 (second floor) was spacious, light, well furnished. Beds very comfortable, good sized shower room. Lovely balcony with distant sea views across roof tops. Beautifully maintained grounds, apartment and all public areas exceptionally clean and tidy, some lovely plants and trees around pool areas. Good selection of fresh and cooked breakfast buffet. Some good restaurants and bars in easy walk and only 5 minute walk to beach.

The apartments were appointed to an excellent standard and very well equipped with all apartments enjoying a pleasant outlook over the pool areas and towards the sea. The pool areas were well maintained, and the heated pool was a nice temperature The apartments are in an excellent location near to many good restaurants and bars in the main square while the main beaches only approx 5 minutes walk. We were on a bed and breakfast basis, and the breakfasts were fine.

Swimmimg pools are great! The bigger pool is nice and warm even in January. The smaller pool is cold and lovely for a quick plunge. Spar supermarket right outside the entrance. 5 minute walk to beach. Lovely pizza and crepe places 3 minutes away. Cleaning staff so friendly and diligent. The area is lovely no trouble and great for families, eating out and beach walks.

Our room was located near the bins and a busy road which woke us early every morning. Important to note if this will disturb. The upside was this was tucked away in a very private part of the complex so a case of swings and roundabouts.

We loved the standard of accommodation, comfort and cleanliness. The buffet at breakfast and dinner had a great variety and quality. However, more of an option for hot food at dinner for vegetarians would have been better. The food wasn't always very hot but there was a microwave available for those who like piping hot food.

A lot of steps for a young family and grandparents. Difficult to manoeuvre a stroller. The apartments can also be a little noisy at night due to the proximity to the main square.

Amazing! Great location, 5 min walk to the beach and 3mins to restaurants. We had 1 bedroom apartment, best bed i have ever slept in! Nice shower and lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Really comfortable sunbeds and heated pools. Reaöly nice and relaxing stay. Great little bar and restaurant on site. Definetly willl be returning

Great location, central and easy to find. Lovely pool areas, with sunbed provided. Plenty of room, no need to book your sunbed from the crack of dawn ! We stayed in the apartments, beds very comfy, cleaners daily to change towels. Beach towels provided. Reception staff friendly & helpful. Breakfast in hotel was lovely, lots to choose from. Wifi good. Would recommend.

The dinner wasn't great but we then ate out after we tried the first time but it was a shame as we had this included and then had to spend more on meals out. Also got a ground floor when asked for an upper level but it wasn't no problem.

We loved the apartment It was close to everything. Very clean well equipped and great to have many pools to choose from. Cleaning was great always clean towels! Loved breakfast lots to choose from This is the best place we have stayed in Lanzarote and we have booked again for April this hotel is the one for us now!

The only thing that didn’t quite work well was the eating times. We had a 3 year old so having dinner at 7:00pm when she’s used to having it at 5 and in bed by 7 was slightly difficult.

The property was fantastic and had everything one needs. It’s perfectly located - 1 min to the centre and 5 mins to the beach. The staff were great and really helpful. The did was great - both breakfast and dinner.

it was a good size ,great balcony with sun bed ,spotlessly clean lots of little extra touches like the complementary bottle of wine in the room ,dishwasher tablets,soap powder, soap and shower gel in the bathroom we’ve been to lots of apartments where there’s nothing in them ,the breakfast was fantastic
