Fabulous hotel. Great location and amazing staff. Had my birthday there and they sent cake and wine to my room! Also had a minor injury on last day and they really looked after me.

I'd appreciate a couple of wine glasses in the apartment. Beds were comfortable, but they slipped about on the tiled floor. Sofa bed was a bit temperamental and did not stay flat. The hotel tried to sort it out... but it didn't last long before it was doing it's 'thing' again and trying to eat me up in my sleep !! I think it may just be the feet slipping on the floor. Food was very good, but not exceptional. We were B&B, so we ate out most evenings for a better choice. There are lots of great restaurants on the beach front, with nicer views and a good selection for all tastes. I imagine the facilities were perfect if you are a keen cyclist with lots of like-minded people. Expensive kit and bikes can be kept in the apartments. We aren't sporty and were there to chill out, so for us it felt a little strange at times. Bikes being wheeled through the sunbeds as people sunbathed was a little odd. Whilst at times it was fascinating to watch, it made me feel slightly self-conscious. As it was early in the season the pool was freezing! Spa was not really what I'd expected of a beauty spa. It had more of a sport/ health club/ functional vibe. No robes, calm lighting, zen music, etc.

Very friendly and helpful team. So charming and welcoming! Lovely glass of wine on arrival. Location near to beach, shops and restaurants was excellent. Super clean and tidy. The company commitment to be more sustainable. There were plenty of sunbeds. Simple, laid-back vibe. Great solo artists in the bar. No fuss systems such as helping ourselves to pool towels.

I wish there was a better coffee maker in the room or a place to get coffee early in the morning before the restaurant opens.

Everything from the moment I arrived was perfect. It is a great property, friendly helpful staff, very bike friendly, let me keep my bike in my room, excellent location, and excellent value. Breakfast and dinner were included and the food was very good with lots of variety.

Hotel staff of all grades were excellent, always obliging and welcoming. Bar and restaurant staff were very interactive with guests and added to the fun atmosphere of the hotel. Our third year there and we will be back.

Outdoor jacuzzi and pool were very cold, drinks quite expensive and room wasn’t as big as I thought the picture advertised.

Very good location, a few minutes walk from local restaurant and the beach. Staff were so helpful and friendly, rooms were adequate and clean and the food was good.

The staff were so friendly and the service was excellent. The food was really good and there was a lot of choice. The location was perfect as it’s so close to the beach.

The pool doesn’t open until 10am which means no pre breakfast swim. The apartment is very basic. Do they even need kitchen facilities if everyone half board? The bed was a campbed style base which moved when turning. Bathroom tiny.

The hotel is one street back from beach and very central to everything in the area. The design is clean , white Ibiza beachy vibe. Staff are super efficient and friendly. Reception staff exceptional.

Very good buffet for breakfast and evening meal. I particularly liked the cava and fresh orange juice at breakfast! The hotel was spotlessly clean with very nice decor.

We had a large balcony but no sunbed on it, which seemed like a waste of space to me. Other than small thing, nothing to complain about. Great spot.

The staff are lovely and at meal times very attentive. The variety of food at the buffet is very good as is the quality. As its a small hotel, no long queue at meal times. The junior suite we had was spacious and the balcony overlooked the pool area. Very quiet hotel! Great if you want to escape the hustle and bustle. 2 minutes walk and you are on the great beaches. Plenty of free parking all around.

Stylish, modern, spacious rooms. Beautiful pool area, fantastic spa/sauna facilities. Consistently really good food, amazing staff, everyone was super friendly and helpful, especially Sonja in dining who helped me learn more Spanish everyday, Luis in maintenance who helped me make my crutches more comfortable, not once, but twice! As well as all the reception staff who were very welcoming and friendly everyday, making my stay very enjoyable.

From check in to check out, everything was great. Nothing was too much trouble and all of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely, the restaurant and food amazing, entertainment was good, location fabulous. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Pool hours limited.

No kids! Amazing buffet, huge variety for both breakfast and dinner! Good entertainment! Great pool area. Location superb with beach 2 mins away. Staff always friendly from the minute we arrived.
