You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Kitchen was not WELL equiped No smart tv, only Spanish programs Hard Bed Intermittent wifi often not available in the evenings Apartment had several small balconies, none you could sit out on You need to ring a telephone number to speak to Maria who speaks English. The man in reception only speaks Spanish
Lovely quiet location (at night) 2 restaurants next door. The apartment was larger than expected. Extremely handy for sightseeing round the town. I believe it also has a garage. The maid came in once a week.

The view of the building renovation site across the street.
The location was very good, central to the town but on a very quiet street. It was easy to find and access the apartment was simple. Plenty of parking available nearby. The rooftop solarium was well equipped with good views to the sea. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. Spacious enough for two or three people.

Fabulous location near the beach and town. Lovely roof top pool and jacuzzi with plenty of sunbeds and shade if you want it. The whole building was spotlessly clean. Can't fault it in any way. We will definitely use again.

Parking is hard to find. Located in a small street and it is elevator type. Need the key before being able to get to the parking as it is a lift triggered by the key.
Really convenient and all is needed for 3 people. Love the location

There was one blanket missing and I informed about it the owner - unfortunately he lived far and adviced us to turn on the air conditioning to heat. But I would rather expect to solve the issue in another way.
The location is very good, close to the balcon of Europe and the centre of the town. Just next door there is a restaurant with really tasty and fresh food. There is a parking additoinally paid but the owner showed us a free parking which was great. The apartments were big enough with big windows and a lot of light. The kitchen is very small with too little place.

Coming into what felt like an empty building after sunset early evening, it was quite dark. Low occupancy and few lights on (when you walk some go on, which is efficient). The apt hadn't been used in awhile and being February it was a wintery cool day, so had to get the heat rolling, which wasn't easy (no instructions provided, eventually figured out the remote control and that there were two heaters). Slept in a cold apt until figuring heat out in the morning. The bed is too big for the room too, maybe replace the king with a queen for more room to walk.
Easy access without a reception desk once we had the codes to access the key lock box. Having a kitchen for making coffee/tea was great. There was a clean, comfortable living room and modern bathroom . The lobby and building borders a small plaza with restaurants. Went to one of them, Cafeteria Joanny, on that plaza for a great breakfast and lunch to go. Close to Burriana Beach and the adjacent beach (forget the name). Left a day early and was only charged for the one night, which was very much appreciated having reserved two.

The apartment was spacious and spotless. The location is excellent, within short walking distance to beach and town centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends.

The shower was faulty but when I reported the fault it was fixed a couple of days later.
We liked it but would have preferred if there was a safe in the apartment as the front door was left open a lot of the time and there wasn't anyone in reception. There was a phone number to ring if you needed anyone.

Location is amazing. Very close to the beautiful beach. It's located right next to small plaza, which is good for quick drink. Utensils are so clean and comfortable to use. Host is amazing. Delight to stay here!

Lovely property only thing negative would be water pressure not great in the shower.
Fabulous apartment. Very clean & modern. Great location for this time of the year ( high season) Quite but few minutes walk into the Balcon. Lovely little bars & restaurants right on your doorstep. Fantastic roof top facilities, hot tub & mini pool.

It was perfect for the price!
Convenient location, great rooftop terrace with pool. Spacious, extremely clean apartment. TV with English options. Fantastic air conditioning. Also allowed us to check in early and store baggage afterwards.
