Communication for check in was terrible. There were only automated responses to my multiple messages seeking to leave my bags prior to checking in. The result was 2 hours on the street (with no shade) waiting for a response.

The penthouse apartment itself was split level and a bit strange and tight with the entrance at the higher level (3rd floor) and no doors between two sleeping areas (although the level difference provided some privacy), nevertheless, it was fine for a couple of days.

Great location - in the old town, 5 minutes walk to Plaza Nueva and 10 minutes walk to the main bus station, with tapas bars on the doorstep. The rooftop terrace with a small pool and partial view of the city was a great bonus for kids, especially as we stayed in the penthouse apartment with direct access to the terrace. Adults enjoyed the outdoor pool and the shower too, cooling down on hot days. There was a last minute confusion about apartment availability but it was quickly resolved by the responsive and helpful staff (in the end we stayed in the penthouse apartment, not the balcony apartment). The apartment, although basic, had everything that we needed, including an iron. Sevilla is amazing, one of the best cities we visited in Europe.

The air conditioning is not adequate in hot weather and the towels and supplies were not replaced for six days.

Would have liked some basics tea/sugar in the room. Limited amount of coffee capsules (3) were provided.

Unfortunately the bathroom was not that clean, there were some hairs and also there was no shower gel/shampoo. Traces of chalk on the shower head, the fountain and the doorhandles. Even with closed windows it‘s quite noisy inside the street sided apartment.

The location of this accommodation is perfect. Everything is nearby and easily accessible. The accommodation also‘s got everything you need: an entire kitchen, a large closet.

Characterless and very spartan, poorly equipped kitchen, inconvenient plugs, no extensions, not a single hook for anything anywhere including the bathroom. Aircon heating blows all night. Very flimsy drafty windows. Noisy neighbours playing music

Limited kitchen equipment, only a soup ladle to use in saucepans. The dining table was odd, couldn't figure out how to raise and lower. Sofa bed uncomfortable to sit on. No hooks or rails in bathroom to hang towels to dry. Really noisy - bar in street below. Strong smells from other apartments cooking

As with others who have commented, the bar over the road can get noisy. We had a small amount of difficulty with WiFi.

The location was great in terms of getting to the major tourist attractions. There are lots of bars and food outlets within walking distance. The apartment is very well set up.

The bar opposite the apartment is very loud and goes on till very late. They are closed Sunday nights, so you get a quiet evening then at least. Due to the narrow street, even a solo person outside talking on their phone echoes loudly, so it's always going to be a bit loud. We were made aware ahead of time that there are extensive roadworks taking place on the street Mon-Fri, which we didn't think would affect us as we were only there for the weekend. However the workmen showed up bright any early Saturday morning with their angle grinders, so what with them late bar and early workmen, we only had around 4 hours of quiet on Friday night.

The location is excellent and you're walking distance of the river, old town and beautiful parks. There's lots to see and plenty of choice of bars, restaurants and ice cream parlours! It's a busy area.

Maybe you should know the bar downstairs is very busy and loud up until midnight. And the road works right now make the access a bit challenging, but we enjoyed it very much nonethless

There wasn’t a comfortable area to relax in. The room with the sofa is bland and not great lighting. The apartment was split up.
