Nice clean apartment, close to the beach we had z nice view of the mountains in and the sea in-between the blocks of flats from the terrace.

Furnishing a bit dated but clean and useable , hob fan a bit too low and easy to catch yourself on whilst cooking.

Been comming to Proamar for several years with no complaints. But this year (to name a few): -no coffee machine -no safety box -no coffee cups -only 2 towels -only 1 pot that stank from frying oil so it was not possible to cook in the kitchen or make coffee - no wine glasses -the cooker was broken, it took about 30-40 min to cook a little water to make coffee -and a few other little issues 😑

Close to the beach, cafés and shops. Apartment was clean. Staff friendly and helpfull as always.

The layout of the kitchen was very crammed- it was difficult to use the sink because the boiler is right above it. Electric sockets were very close to the sink which is a hazard due to water splashes. The washing machine didn't work but when we reported this, they brought us new towels within 5 minutes :)

There was a good few things that were missing out of the apartment as very very basic, can't complain about cleanliness, however once you got in touch with the owner these things were sorted very quickly, we were only there for 4 nights, hope people who were staying longer got sorted out as quickly as we did, no reception had to message owner then he would message lady on site, just missed a bit of personal touch. We've came away thinking we would not book same apt as in earlier years it was more persona and lots more in apt. Still had a good holiday . All depends on what you want out of an apt.ps whilst we were no safe facilities as all safes were apparently malfunctioning so he's taking them out and replacing them, wish I had of known this earlier. Hope this sound too negative we made a good holiday. Thank you to owner and girl who helped us made it a lot better for us, girls on site are absolutely worth they're weight in gold. Thank you

Showerhead holder was broken so could not attatch it anywhere to shower with. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but that might just be me.

The air scoop in the kitchen, which is a part of the living room, didn't work, so if one cooked, the smell was immediately everywhere and stayed long. A toaster was half broken, there was only one little pan and no lids. There was no kettle, so I had one of the two pots to cook water for tea. I asked for a kettle but never got it.

The apartment itself was amazing and had a tremendous terrace with a splendid view. All in all a very comfortable apartment although the furniture is old. The terrace topped all minuses)) What I liked about it especially is that it was very quiet. By the way, the apartment is smaller than it was announced in the description (one bedroom instead of two) which was no problem in my case as I was alone.

If you love the sun the terrace is east facing and the sun is gone quite early in the morning Internet dropped out occasionally , best signal near front door..Very helpful staff but you most certainly need some spanish to get by , Contact number for property was not recognised by staff when booking in

Large apartment at the west end of the town ,nice terrace east facing for those who prefer shade during the hot season ,well equipped kitchen ,very helpful staff ,problem with TV sorted in 5 minutes ,,close to playas supermarkets cafes and places to eat , nice walking west from apartment .Torre del mar has one of the nicest and longest paseo maritimos ,beside the beaches which are very child friendly ,Heating provided which was necessary in march 2022

I have still not received my receipt. I paid on my arrival and was promised to be given the receipt soon. Days before my departure I spoke to the owner on the phone and he promised to email me the receipt. But still, 5 days after my departure no receipt. Also the phone number on Booking was not working. After sending a message, he gave me the correct number.
