Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IrelandThis didn’t really bother us but it would be worth noting that as you are right by the cathedral bell rings every 15min so it may bother light sleepers
Beautiful views of the cathedral. The apartment was very comfortable

NetherlandsThere was an unpleasant smell. The apartment could really use some strong but nice smelling air freshener. If you're a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. We were there on the same weekend as when the Copa del rey final was happening, so it was extremely loud.
Great location, nice view. Close to restaurants and sights.

IrelandA bottle of water upon arrival would have been much appreciated. Check out was at 11 am but I was disturbed having a shower at 10.20 am by housekeeping ringing the doorbell wanting to clean the room . Hard to get to by car down narrow streets
Great location . Bed was lovely and big and comfortable .

United KingdomCooking smells from the eatery below and the noise when the flat above was occupied. Also, the coffee and tea was very tightly rationed.
AMAZING landmark view. Juliet balconies. Bright uncluttered interior and neutral decor.

United KingdomYou can't be in heart of the city, without having to contend with it's constant beating, which in this case, came in the form of the Cathedral bells. They ring every 15 minutes from 5am - 7am and then settle to an hourly ring for the rest of the day/night. There's also a paella place beneath you which can be a little noisy and smelly depending on the night. Also, there appears to be a fan noise in the apartment that comes on from time to time which we couldn't work out where or why. The noise levels are the biggest issue with this place, but that's all part of being so central. We ended up buying ear plugs which helped with our sleep, I highly recommend bringing a pair. Another thing to note, is the entrance to the building isn't the most inviting. It could feel a little unsafe, especially since the main door doesn't always fully close. Overall I loved staying here and would happily stay again.
We stayed here on the second week of our holiday in Seville, having stayed our first week with the same host at their Mylu Suites. It was interesting to compare them with each other. Both quite different, but to the same high standard. We stayed on the 1st floor, Apartment 1. It was spacious, bright and had a great layout. The patio doors out to the mini balconies overlooking the Cathedral were a nice feature and the quality, stylish furniture made the whole space feel luxurious. The marble floors also played a part in that. There was plenty of storage for all our belongings and I especially liked the position of the full length mirror. The kitchen was a good size which made cooking straightforward and the bathroom was well equipped. The place was clean and throughout our stay we were provided with 2 complimentary cleaning days to refresh the bed linen and towels. The location is amazing! You're essentially in the heart of the city, opposite the Cathedral, right in the action. Great for popping back and forth if you need to change, top up on sunscreen, siesta, etc. The separate rooftop is also great with incredible views, a nice little sun trap. The hosts are lovely, they sent us recommendations and when we were moving from their last apartment to this apartment, they let us move directly in without having to wait for the official check-in time which was extremely convenient and appreciated.

United KingdomIt was too noisy for us - there was a lot of street noise through most of the night (the Catedral bells were not a problem however), loud noises also came from the flat above with doors slamming and chairs being scrapped across the floor
High-ceilinged modern apartment right in the very heart of Seville which made it easy to reach many interesting sites; the rental company were easy to get hold of and dealt with questions quickly

United States of AmericaNot a dislike bit maybe something that could be a bit clearer that beds are on one floor and living space a floor above with steep steps. Someone with mobility issues would find the layout difficult even though there is an elevator.
Location and view from not one but two verandas! Great communication with the hosts. Very comfortable beds! Loved having a washing machine

CanadaThe entry to the apartment was not very inviting, located at the same busy spot as a restaurant's service entry.
The apartment was very nice, large and airy, located just in front of the 'Patio de naranjas' entry to the catedral

United States of AmericaThe property was perfect. Unfortunately, it is next to restaurants and you can smell the sea food early morning. that’s the only thing we didn’t like about it.
it was like having your own apartment to your self for the top three floors. Everything was perfect. Possibly the best view of the Sevilla Catedral.

United KingdomThe entrance to the block from the street is not great as it is shared with the restaurant below. Don’t be put off though as once in the lift/ staircase it is very clean.
Excellent location across from the cathedral and close to a wide range of restaurants. Staff (especially Pedro) were very helpful and responded quickly to any question. We stayed in Calle Alemanes but could use the rooftop terrace in another property close by. Very well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and supplies of tea, coffee, milk etc. Apartment was cleaned and bed changed because we were staying for 5 nights.

Serbiait s a bit worse than on the photos - the app is old, you can feel a tiny smoky smell. the conditioner control buttons work bad. also there was confusion with the electronic keys, and the locker in the room. the overall feeling of the apartment was a bit worse than i expected. as i was looking for a more modern flat.
the location - absolutely fantastic! nice view from the window.

United States of AmericaFor some, the noise of the town might be a bit distracting at night and the Cathedral bells in the morning on Sunday played for a while, but both were minor things!
it was in a fantastic area! Beautiful, Bustling, and Breathtaking! We absolutely loved being next to the Cathedral of Seville and such a short distance to Real Alcázar and la Plaza de Seville! The surrounding area too was extremely nice and there was plenty to do and plenty to eat!

United States of AmericaNo Luggage racks - they should be a must in every room and upstairs in the living room. The TV didnt work, there was no signal and the controls were all out of batteries for the Ac and the Tv. We didnt care because we were only there 2 days but others may. The church bells rang every hr till at least 1 am and back at 9Am. It could be a problems for some.
This is a recently renovated, spacious, gorgeous apartment with a killer view right in front of the cathedral. Easy to walk everywhere in the old town. The elevator works great. The apartment has 3 floors so there are a lot of stairs which could be a problem for some tenants. The AC was great. I wish we could have stayed longer. Host were great and left us a care package with coffee and milk. They also help us carry the luggage from their office to the apartment. The internet was the best.
