The noise from the streets on Friday and Saturday evening and during night. It was very difficult to sleep.

The location was perfect! Walking distance from a lot of the most famous monuments, and our favorite - park Retiro.

The lamp on the bed is not good. My daughter and I hit head multiple times in the first day.

The location is good and room is good enough for me with two small kids. Everyone has one bed. We take double deck for Madrid. There are 2 stops in walking distance. There was a museum (man.es) just cross the street. We plan to see it in Thursday but it was close. The ticket is 3 euro and good place to let the kids know some culture and consume energy.

Noise level at night on back side of the hotel. A bar below kept us awake approx 10pm-1am. This was the main drawback for us travelling with a small child. It could be alleviated by requesting a room at the front of the hotel if you want to sleep before 1am. I noticed that something that fell on the floor had a hair stuck to it when I picked it up but otherwise the appt seemed quite clean. Lifts are very small, one person could barely get in with a pushchair. However all lifts working and well maintained.

Staff Location near Salamanca Value for money Travel cot bed was in the room when we arrived like requested, and a coffee machine appeared within minutes of us requesting that (dolce gusto, bring your own capsules) We were able to check in 30min early - a godsend

Due to my flight I arrived at the accomodation late night and the reception was not staffed at this time. It took some 15-20 minutes until the receptionist opened the door.

I was in Madrid for a business meeting and chose the hotel because of its location (connection to the airport, distance to the meeting venue, 24-hour reception). I only spent one night there, but the hotel met my expectations in terms of facilities, comfort & cleanliness. For my next business trip i would book the accomodation again.

Coffee maker with no coffee, no kettle. Rock hard mattress on single beds. Shower not cleaned properly, small shampoo bottle left behind after the last guest

You could hear your neighbors or outside easily, But I am a deep sleeper so didn't really matter. Also the beds, I would recommend to the hotel to change the soda beds to actual beds.

The location is super, walking distance to Gran Via and Serrano. Also the staff at the front desk is very helpful at any time and day. Also very clean and reasonable for the price you will be paying.

In my room, the fan would only blast out hot air, it made the conditions a little unbearable as I slept as the room was already warm and I turned on the fan, set it to cold and it only put out hot air no matter what I tried on it

Location very close to Recoletas station, 1 min walk. Great for the newer part of Madrid. Everything is fine for the price, nothing exceptional or particularly memorable. Functional.

The bed was hard. The corridors have an institutional feel to it which lets it down given the entrance area is smart and inviting. The shower pressure weak although plenty of hot water.

The location outstanding. Big room and space, loads of cupboards, secure safe, decent TVs. V helpful and efficient reception staff.

The cutlery and crockery and kitchen material were pretty useless. Some nice mugs would be good, wine glasses. I had to ask for a kettle. No coffee machine, or even starter pack for tea and milk

Location, location, location! it is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Madrid. Walking distance to great shops, cafes, restaurants, metro station, bus stop. Basic facilities but honestly, Madrid is a city that you want to explore day and night, so you won't spend much time in the hotel. It is clean and comfortable though.
